Mastery type skill isn't something Kuro could get naturally, it has to be given by the system. cause a mastery type is basically a talent and he is born without one. in his current and past live.

have you read the A/N below this? if not then if you assuming that by the line "everything went exactly like it is in the anime" I'm just saying that the part where Rias explains the backstory of the three biblical faction, about sacred gears, and about Issei's date with raynare are the same as it is in the anime. i don't want to write all of that, it would be too boring.
