Strong but slow start with one of the most interesting and quick hooking troupes. Ryan starts as a loser and develops his character. The side characters are slowly fleshed out, with the slow start, hence I would suggest any reader who likes interactions to dig through the chapters. Genre is clear, just as the author has stated, but it is also early to judge the following character developments. But from the premise and the initial chapters alone, the book deserved to be given a chance.

It is intentional. The one that has recently made the deepest emotional affect in her heart is Luca. Remember she thought he was dead.
