he can use the HP charms but the charms come out very weak so his changing them into spells that will use spell slots but will be empowered over normal charms.

He will be turning them into dnd spells which will change how they work slightly but allow him to cast them without a strong effort and allow him to affect the spells with feats or metamagic which he cannot do while its just a charm. So yes he will learn them but they wont be infinitely usable like normal HP charms.

I will put it changes I make at the beginning of the chapter from now on, the reason I didn't was because the MC knows as much as you all so he is experiencing the world as it is changed as well so I wanted to keep that aspect. Example, Him being stunned upon seeing them was for their age which he thought might have been just because he was past HP cannon but after seeing Minerva he knows that things arn't cannon because she looks more like Rachel Weisz than her movie counterpart. I put a chapter in the Auxillary Section to read when you reach the Angel Part, its a *** scene so read if you want or don't.

Agree with the first part not sure what you mean about timing, and I changed the characters ages since I wanted to write some flirty things but don't want to write about anything potentially underage so I boosted their Hogwarts starting age up to 14 which puts them at just around 18 in the later half of goblet of fire. Nothing will have changed storywise but it does allow me to write some stuff without feeling creepy.

He is a bit childish at times to not break from the reality that he has been thrown into a fictional world, so its either childish or emo drama or finally insanity. He should get that looked at.

So I believe I am starting it at just about halfway through the goblet of fire so she should be in 5th year at 15 years old.

I mean most likely they are goblins and goblins don't make a deal unless it benefits them.
