Honestly, it's bad. The premise is good, but the implementation suffers a lot. Lots of flowery words, repititions, and extremely early age romance (6). After 80 chapters, I find myself turning pages at faster rate, skipping a lot and still have no issue follow the story, since it is usually just one sentence rewritten in multiple different ways to fill up words. And I don't feel any passion from the author when reading this story, just a couple of extreme choices for shock factor and everything else filled with meaningless dialogues between hollow side characters and MC.

His problem is with how she will react to it. He's mentally an adult, but she's a child. She'll probably take it hard. At least that's what I feel the author is going for.
