I got ready immediately as my grandmother told me that we had a recon mission , we then headed out without even eating breakfast , I didn't know where we were going but I was just following orders , we took a route through the forest that led to a huge granite wall with a huge 3 story white house , guards were station everywhere by the gate , they were patrolling the fields , gardens and even the entire house as if the owner was expecting trouble but Elizabeth wasn't fazed at all and she placed a purple stone in my hand

" this is a skill stone , this specific one has the ability to hide your presence from anyone under the rank o titanium " she said not taking her gaze from the huge building

" how do I use it " I asked

" just absorb it...don't tell me I have to tell you how to do that also " she said in an annoyed tone

" no....I believe I can do this " I said immediately

I immediately equipped the skill and so did Elizabeth then I followed her energy but this ability can only be used by dragon breed so we didn't need to worry about someone seeing us

we walked pass the guards and they actually couldn't see us , Elizabeth stood in front of the build and use the same [ mana sense ] skill that she taught me but with a wider range , she could actually see through the building , it was like some kind of heat signature detector

" I've spotted our target " Elizabeth said jumping to the third story as it was nothing I followed right after , there was two thing about Elizabeth that made question if she was actually as old as she said was her appearance and also if she knew where my mother and I were living why did she wait until know but I would get my answer in due time

we entered a room that seemed to be Elizabeth's target , for some reason this room didn't have a single guard , we entered the room and deactivated the skill

" look around the room for anything useful " she said calmly

I followed instruction and began ransacting the room searching for anything but for some reason I only for a thick book filled with paper that seemed to be classified

we read through ever single paper but the only thing we saw on the papers that was useful was a name and an address

the name was Angus sowel and the address was a neighbouring town named Astric virmate , this city was known for their power adventure david fall he was a platinum rank adventurer

we left the house and went back to the forest we walked in the direction of east since that's the direction of our target , we got more information on this angus sowel character , he was a well renowned merchant that buy and sell armor , potions and ores of high quality , he had a lot of influence in the empire but Elizabeth had made him her prey and she wasn't going to back down now

" how are we going to get to our destination " I asked

to my god damn surprised she released two huge black wings that reached 5 meters in length

he hovered 2 inches from the ground and lift me up by my arm , I had a question on my mind to ask her so without further hesitation I asked

" Grandmother where is grandfather " I asked hesitantly in fear for my life
