In Chapter 2, Huguel is in his office when one of his soldiers comes in and reports an anonymous tip about a father having relations with his own 18-year-old daughter. Huguel listens carefully and decides to deal with the situation personally, going alone to the aforementioned house.
Upon arriving at the house, Huguel knocks on the door and is greeted by the girl's mother, Berth, who is surprised to see the favela leader at her door. Berth questions the reason for Huguel's visit, and he replies that he came to talk to her husband and daughter, if that's possible.
Realizing he has no choice, Berth allows Huguel into his home. Upon entering the place, Huguel comes across Berth's husband, Mr. João, 54 years old, watching TV. Huguel calmly approaches and informs him that he needs to talk to him.
Mr. João, angry and furious, offends Huguel, calling him a bandit and criminal. However, Huguel maintains his calm expression and asks Mr. João to calm down. Mr. João, without thinking twice, tries to attack Huguel, but is surprised by an elbow to the neck, which knocks him to the ground, causing him intense pain and making him cough up blood.
Calmly, Huguel asks where their daughter, Felicia, is. Berth points to the 18-year-old's bedroom as she helps her husband to his feet.
The next chapter promises to reveal the consequences of this tense situation and how Huguel will deal with the delicate issue involving the father and daughter. Stay tuned to find out how this story will unfold and what the consequences of these impactful events will be. End of chapter.
