The urgency in Zen's kiss

"You're not an animal Zen," said Lithe, he too got up off the bed and stood to face Zen he would not be intimidated.

Zen gazed directly in Lithe's blue eyes as if he needed more than anything to believe his words but still had his doubts. "Are you sure about that? What if I did this?"

He took a step back and stretched then he suddenly grabbed my left arm with his hand.

Lithe was surprised to feel the hair on his skin stand up and then a sensation more alarming than static shock crawled along his skin.

He watched transfixed as Zen's hand that was holding his arm started to morph.

Fingers grew larger and thicker, black hair sprouted all over it in slow motion as the nails on his fingers whitened and grew into thick long claws.

It was obvious that Zen wasn't trying to hurt him, just give Lithe a scare.

He succeeded up close, Lithe was having trouble keeping his composure much less his face straight.
