The dead body swayed under the might of the suddenly growing wind, mouth unhinged with empty sockets where the eyeballs should have been maggots crawled out of them.
As the wind fluttered the poor monkey watched transfixed as the dead man's jaw gave away.
Another tooth fell out leaving the remainder in the jaw that swayed to one side making noise like a creaky door being blown by the wind.
"Good Lord!" exclaimed Zen loudly as he stared at the ground littered with bones.
Zen had gone over to find the monkey and now he too stared at the dead body dangling from the trees and bones scattered beneath it
Relieved, to no longer feel alone the baby monkey scampered up Zen"s body until he was back resting in his favorite spot, Zen's wild nest of hair.
Zen's ears picked up on a large presence heading their way from a distance, he surmised they would only have a scant few seconds before its arrival.
