If that woman is indeed Jaime's woman, what should he do then? All members of Lopez family is his enemies, does he have to spare this one woman for his guardian?

"I see, then, let's dance!" Lucas grabbed his hand to dance but he suddenly stopped.

Out of curiosity, Daveryl follow his gaze. In front of Lucas, there's a person who have the same height, build and aura with Jaime. He's wearing brown American suit and has his hair messy down a bit. His eyes is hazel brown with thick lashes and matches with his thick eyebrows.

If Jaime has pouty heart shaped lips, this man has a thin lips that is perfectly tinted with fuchsia color. And the attentions of the visitors in the party is split in two. The half is on Jaime and the other half is on this man.

Who is this man?

"Yes sir? May I help you?" He heard Lucas speak to the man.

He averted his gaze since the man is intently staring at him now. He honestly feels flustered. He maybe a Beta but he once was an Omega. So he's not stupid to understand that kind of look.

"I'm sorry for interrupting you guys but, can I ask him to dance?" The man speak.

And to Daveryl surprise, the man's voice sounds hoarse and deep. Feels like he's just got up from bed. He blinked, his Omega soul is reacting to the man's voice?! How the hell?

"Ahm.. Let me ask my friend here if he wants too, sir." Lucas answered. He even gripped his arm before whispering to his ear. "Dude, I'm sorry but, dance with him now. I can't fight him over you because, he's a dominant alpha. Help me!!"

"Pfft...!" He couldn't help it. "I'm sorry, what's your name? I'll dance with you if you tell me your name." Daveryl face the man and smile at him.

To his another surprise, the man smile that reached his eyes and shows his one dimple on his left cheek.

Oh no! Oh shit! He secretly scream.

"Pardon me." The man said while offering his hand to him. "My name is Ivan, Ivan Prowels. What is yours?"

Fuck?! How the hell that the man can possibly have this kind of voice, aura and attitude?! Daveryl secretly shouted in his brain again.

He accepted his hand while smiling at him. "Daveryl, Daveryl Ortega." He answered.

Ivan's hand feels smooth, doesn't he have job? No impossible, with this kind of approach, he can tell, this man also has a silver or even golden spoon on his mouth.

"May I have this dance with you?"

"Sure.. I've no partner anyway, my friend here wanted to betray me and even wanted to give me to you, so let's go."

He feels Lucas flinches while Ivan chuckled.

"Thank you.." Ivan said.

He gently leads him to the dance floor and gently put his right arm on his waist. Daveryl secretly gulps when the man pulls him closer to his body. Their body touched so he have no choice but to raise his head and look up him.

Ivan hold his other hand as he look back at him, their eyes met.

"You're a beta, right?" He asked.

He nodded as he started moving his feet. Ivan steps backwards while he steps forward, following his steps one by one.

"I am, and you're an Alpha, a dominant one." He answered.

The boy leaned closer as he guides him lean on his chest. "Did your friend tells you?"

"Yeah."

Daveryl is honestly anxious. This kind of position in dancing is for a couple! It's a sweet dance for a couple! It isn't surprising if some omegas who have their eyes to this man gives him a deadly glare. He can understand them.

"You're a student?"

"I am, graduating."

"Which school?"

"Philippine University."

"Mind if I visit you sometimes?"

Daveryl withdraw his head and look up him again. He look directly to his eyes before seriously asking. "Why?" He's sounds also changed.

This man suddenly approached him and asked him to dance, asking his personal information and even his reaction if he'll visit him there. Sounds suspicious for him. Really.

"Don't be on guard, I don't have evil intentions. It's just that, you honestly captures my whole interest and attention. I am a surgeon, by the way."

Seems like he read his mind instantly. That's great, but, is he telling the truth?

"And one more thing, your guardian, is one of my friends." Ivan explains.

Daveryl pause a bit. He is Jaime's friend. Then, did he approach him because of Jaime's request? His guardian is a bit possesive and overprotective in comes to him. He'll understand if that's the case, but what if not?

"Did he ask you to invite me to dance? Are you also trying to help me stay away from Cedric Lopez?" He asked.

It's okay but it's quite sad. Because, he assumed that his intention is pure.

"No, I never talked to him since I arrived here. And our last talk was when he's in rut. He asked me to send him someone to spend the rut with." Ivan immediately explain.

So, Jaime spent his rut with anonymous. Wait, Lucas said, Jaime's has a woman right? So, why does he have to spend his rut with others? Could it be..

"He always spent his rut with anonymous?" He casually asked.

"Yes.. He doesn't want to impregnate an omega yet, you know. And besides, we put some restrictions to that anonymous if he will be sleeping with him."

"Restrictions like what?" He asked.

Now he's curious. Damn! So, that woman is not Jaime's. Then, his plan will continue.

"Oh! We actually put..."

"You guys looks so comfortable with each other, the music already ended but you two still dancing here without music."

Daveryl flinches when he heard that voice. But more over, there's no music playing? He looks around and noticed, they are the only two left, no, three, they are three now on the dance floor. The conversation is too interesting that he didn't hear the music stopped.

"Jaime.. Nice to see you again. How are you?" Ivan talk to Jaime with his hand is still on him.

"I'm good. Release him now, we'll going back home." Jaime answer.

To his surprise, Ivan didn't let him go and just pulled him more. What situation is this now?! He slowly look at Jaime but got scared.

The man is looking at him with dark expression. As if he wanted to be hug with Ivan! Hello?!

"Going back home?" Ivan asked, he then look at him. "You're leaving with him?" This time, he is asking Daveryl.

He nodded his head as response. "He's my guardian, but I'm also living with him now. I'm actually planning to stay out of.." He cut his sentence when Ivan suddenly hug him tightly.

"What are you doing emitting your pheromones all of a sudden?!" Ivan speaks with Jaime emphatically.

His muscles moves and Daveryl sees everyone take a step back. Jaime is emitting his pheromones?!

"It's not my intention.. Ugh..!" Jaime, stumble a bit and touched his head.

What's happening? Daveryl asked himself even he fucking don't know the answer.

Ivan release him and immediately supported his friend Jaime.

"Damn it, you'll be having your another rut?! Why didn't you call me in advance?!" Ivan said. It's low but sounds like a drum.

Daveryl gulps.. Jaime will be having his another rut, then that means, he's going to sleep with anonymous right? How troublesome.

"Let's get him out of here first." Daveryl said. He even sigh when he tried to touch Jaime's hand.

But his guardian avoided him. "Sigh.. Let's go. We'll bring you to the top floor of this hotel." Daveryl said while leading the way.

Ivan supports Jaime while Daveryl talks to the Hotel management. He even apologize to Kate's parents about the inconvenience. Fortunately, the top floor is available.

"Do we have to prepare a suppressant for him sir?" The hotel staff ask.

He glance at Ivan and Jaime. His guardian is looking at him intently as if he's still angry. What there to be angry about anyway? Is he angry because he said he wants to move out? It's normal tho?!

"I don't take those." Jaime answered.

Daveryl raised his brows and just turned. The hotel staff handed him the key card. They get in the elevator and he stays half meter away from the two.

Jaime untie his necktie and unbuttoned his shirt. But Daveryl what couldn't understand is that, why the hell he keeps glaring at him?!

He sigh again. He couldn't take it anymore. "If you're angry with me because I said I wanna move out of your house, just forget it. I'll do it once I graduated." He said while crossing his arms.

Jaime didn't say anything and just keeps looking at him. His body is now sweating. As far as Daveryl remember, Dominant alpha is different when they are in rut. There's a phenomenon that normally happens everytime they are in rut.

"We're here, and Davy, please be with him for a while, hell be in rut after 3 hours, so I still can go back here with his temporary partner before it happened. Don't worry, he never attacked a beta." Ivan smile at him as he hold his hand. "Don't worry, I'll take you to a meal later." He said.

Daveryl sigh again before nodding, he then walked out of the elevator first.
