Yang Rai went into seclusion and practiced harder than ever. In the first thousand years He began to speed up time again in all 9 of his worlds. Now operating at 2000 years per year. It cost him 1000 years of practice but he really gained many thousands in the process.

The next several thousand years he would begin populating the new Artifact Worlds with people from his first World and several of the StarField fruits. He raised their populations this way so there would be people who knew the path and those who could learn the path.

After this he had finally acquired enough Origin Spirits. He ended up condensing several more Origin Essence Crystals to house them. He did this while magnifying the resource production he was going through. He had enough Highest Rank producers that could now produce enough or more every cycle that the Rank 9 Resources were no longer used as a supplement for them.

With such a development happening he finally could begin the push for his glyphs to increase in rank. By push it really only ended up being a more focused effort. Since he was inside the Cultivation Spring quite often now.

Since he had a seal representing all of the Myriad of Daos If he himself were to temper them himself then the others who follow their own way would be able to learn them faster and perhaps have new insight. This also had an effect on the people when they made their Seals. They would no longer be weak seals that would be in need of even further tempering. At some point people were condensing dao seals with rank 7 potential off the cusp. It wasn't rare to see people who could handle rank 8 resources.

Yang Rai had spent eight thousand years tempering his Dao seals and glyphs. All of his Dao seals were now Tempered to the 8th rank or higher. Even he found it difficult to temper and control the mighty power of all 3000 Daos. As a result he wrote many Cultivation methods for each of the various Daos and Immortal Jade slips that contained further information on the attainments and methods therein of the daos. He then had those with the ability comprehend and produce copies of the methods through to the other branches.

You See Yang Rai was busy managing the development and stability of all 9 of his Artifact Worlds. One thing he did was from a cross world Array within a branch of High Heaven Palace in each of the worlds. All other branches would have to teleport to the single point first. He could have done multiple points to and from each world but it was better this way since it provided a proper check in place and order. While it also provided quick travel for the disciples when events and special training were held.

The last thing he was also focusing on was the multitude of Mountain passes and Palace Artifacts he was creating to aid the fight. Ideally he would want one for each Major Force but even for him he would need multiple thousands of the outside world's years to manage that kind of outcome. This was because of how meticulous he was. He was not about to send a powerful Mountain pass class artifact out with first verifying every tiniest portion of it. This included the creation of his "order" tokens. Each had the power to kill a royal lord or heal universe worlds.
