In the sprawling metropolis of Neo-Tokyo, where neon lights painted the night sky and the hum of technology drowned out whispers of the past, a child was born beneath the watchful gaze of the stars.

Kazuya Takahashi came into the world on a stormy night, his arrival heralded by flashes of lightning and the distant rumble of thunder. From the moment he drew his first breath, there was an air of mystery surrounding him, as if he carried within him the echoes of a time long forgotten.

Raised by his loving parents in a modest apartment overlooking the city skyline, Kazuya's early years were filled with laughter and warmth. But even as he played among the towering skyscrapers and bustling streets, there was a sense of displacement that lingered in the back of his mind - a feeling that he didn't quite belong in this world.

As Kazuya grew older, he began to notice strange occurrences happening around him. Objects would move of their own accord, clocks would inexplicably stop or speed up, and sometimes, he would catch glimpses of fleeting shadows out of the corner of his eye. His parents dismissed these incidents as mere coincidences, but Kazuya couldn't shake the feeling that there was something more to his peculiar experiences.

It wasn't until his tenth birthday that Kazuya's world was turned upside down.

Because unbeknownst to him, his newfound ability had drawn the attention of the Temporal Order, an ancient organization dedicated to policing the use of time manipulation and ensuring the stability of the timeline. To them, Kazuya was not a gifted prodigy, but a potential threat to the very fabric of reality itself.

But there's another organization called Chrono Reapers, who think otherwise, and see Kazuya like treasure.... but the things is, they are just as cruel and corrupted as the Temporal Order...
