Sofia's Other Side

After Elijah walked out of the headmaster's room, he could see that Sofia was still waiting for him near the door of the academy headmaster's room. The girl turned her head when she saw Elijah walking towards her. Elijah also stopped walking when he got close to Sofia. The teenager looked at Sofia, then nodded, a sign that they could continue their journey.

"Can I ask you something, Elijah?"

Of course, there must be another reason why someone like Sofia is willing to wait for a nobody like Elijah. Elijah did not continue his journey, then looked at Sofia again as a sign that the girl could start talking to him.

"The head of the academy said that he had given you a special opportunity to skip another mission but stayed in the special class because of a mistake made by the academy. You almost died in the previous mission. Then, why are you still willing to risk your life for another mission?"

"He told you that?"
