Along with Sir Robert waking up suddenly, a loud noise was heard as the chair he was previously sitting on fell to the floor with a bang. An expression of both worry and confusion was faintly printed on Sir Robert's face. If not for the fact that Sir Robert knew that many people were waiting for his reaction, he might not have held back his expression so much in the midst of his surprise.
"How has the kingdom responded?"
"Someone has been sent to inform the palace of the demon army's arrival, Sir."
"Well, the Captain of the Royal Family Guard should know what to do in this situation. We should join the rest of the troops immediately. Gio, gather the others in the estate courtyard in a state of readiness to fight."
