The titan gritted her teeth as she summoned a massive amount of water from the ground. She then shot it towards the beam, the multi-colored elemental beam pushed her back and back until she bent her knees before jumping into the sky.

"[Water Clone: Weapon Fusion]" the summoned water clone was infused into her blade, it glowed before she pushed her hand and the weapon back. She stared at the dragon before taking in a deep breath.

"[Water Strike: Clone Fusion]" This was a skill she gained while training her abilities. Water strike made her attack a critical one for 10 strikes, while the clone fusion increased the abilities of the weapon she chose to infuse into.

Now you have to know that killing in the Goblin field was meant for Tier 2 advancement players who have reached past level 100.

But for the current faction leaders, killing such being and being of a stronger race then the Gods of the world meant that the System allowed them to be stronger then a Tier 1 Goblin which is a Level 110-180. Only tier 2 could stand a chance against the current players and even then the players could defeat them.

Tier 3 were at level 300 meaning...the system allowed them to be at the level equal to Tier 3 Player's...why?

This is something the Titaness found after swimming past ruins of an old player city under the lake.

She was right. They shouldn't be this strong...then the only reason why is because they would face stronger beings in the future and the reason for their power increase is to fight these beings.

The dragon, Hela probably had a quest that forced her to defeat all of the player factions and create the legendary Dragon City.

Yes city not Village. This must involve the Dragon Empire that the city books had in them.
