Xie Wanqiu gave him a disdainful glance and then gingerly placed her injured foot on the ground, carefully applying pressure and starting to walk.
After taking a few steps, Xie Wanqiu realized it truly didn't hurt anymore. She lifted her foot and swung it rapidly a few times to find that there were no issues at all; everything was back to normal.
"How about that, my skills are pretty impressive, aren't they?" Li Wei asked with a proud look on his face as he watched Xie Wanqiu.
"Mediocre at best!" Xie Wanqiu responded feebly.
"Would it kill you to compliment me? Forget it, time to rinse off and go to bed."
Li Wei, with a look of disgust, said this and then began to take off his jacket.
Seeing this, Xie Wanqiu quickly protested, "You're not planning on showering and spending the night here, are you?"
"What's the problem?" Li Wei asked her, dead serious.
"No way! You should get yourself another room!"
