Long drive

Layla's side:

We got into the car and drove off, we didn't have money so if we run out of gas we might have to walk back.

L -"I'm gonna sleep for a little bit okay?"

J -"Okay"

Jacob's side:

She looks better than she did yesterday, but i could tell Layla was still weak. Did they give her pills? I don't what they gave her, but i have a feeling it might get worse.

When i was younger my father was showing my brothers and i about the business, and would tell us about all the chemicals and pills they had, and what it did. There were too many of them to remember, but i know that all of them were more than mild.

When she wakes up i'll ask her if she knows what they gave her, but for the mean time i'll just make sure she's okay. I wanted to take her to the hospital at first, but they might ask us about what happened, or how she ended up taking toxic chemicals.

Layla's side:

I fell asleep pretty quickly, but woke up soon after. Even though i didn't get that much sleep, i wasn't tired. I felt a strong pain in my stomach, like my stomach was heating after eating too much.

L -"Can we stop for a second?"

J -"Yeah but is everything alright?"

L -"I just feel a little sick"

He pulled the car over on the side of the highway, and i ran out of the car. It was just on time, because as soon as i got out of the car, i barfed all over the grass.

Jacob came and pulled my hair back out of the way, as it was almost caught in the barf. He put his palm on my forehead, and began speaking.

J -"You're really warm, i thought you said you were feeling better?"

L -"I don't know what's going on, i felt really sick and it just happened"

J -"Let's sit down for a bit and get some fresh air"

I sat against a tree and took a deep breath, maybe if i close my eyes it'll all be over. Never in my life did i think something like this would happen. I've spent so much time thinking about all the bad things in my life, that i haven't been able to breathe.
