Just say it

Layla's side:

I decided to skip school that day,no matter how much i tried to forget about it,the memory of last night kept replaying in my head.Every time i thought of it i felt shivers down my spine,i felt like i wasn't in control of my life anymore, everything was so uncomfortable.Sam called and texted me multiple times but i didnt answer,i didn't want to tell her what had happened,i couldn't.

Jacob's side:

I didn't know whether i should tell someone about what happened or not,i chose not to incase she didn't want people to know or if she wanted to handle things herself.I knew that Luke was an ass but i didn't think he would go that far.Layla didn't go to school today and Sam walked up to me and Dustin after school saying that she had called her many times but she didn't pick up.I decided that i should talk to Layla in person to check up on her and see how she was doing.I knew she probably wouldn't answer my calls so i went to her dorm,i kept knocking but no one anwsered the door.I'm about to walk away when i hear the door slightly open.

L -"Hello?..." said Layla with a low voice.

J -"Hey,is it okay if i come in?"

She opened the door and let me in but she didn't respond.

J -"you haven't been answering Sam's calls"

Layla didn't say a word, she kept a straight face but when i looked at her i could tell she wanted to say something.

J -"I came over here because of what happened last night,i wanted to talk about it if that's okay with you..."

Layla's side:

I didn't know how to feel,i felt sick to my stomach and i knew that if i said anything i would start crying. But i couldn't help it,i burst out into tears.I felt embarrassed to cry infront of someone i barely knew but i couldn't stop myself,i felt weak.

Jacob's side:

I didn't know what to say,so i said nothing.I wanted to comfort her but that's not something i'm very good at and i was afraid that i would say the wrong thing.I felt like a bad person,i know i didn't do anything wrong but i feel bad for not being able to help her.

J -"hey,it's okay"

I slightly patted her on the shoulder and tried my best to calm her down. When she had finally calmed down, she began speaking.

L -"I-i don't know what to do *sniff*"

J -"Maybe you should talk to Sam about it,i'm sure she'll understand"

L -"Did you tell anyone?"

J -"No,i thought that i shouldn't tell anyone for privacy reasons"

L -"Maybe your right,i should tell Sam.Maybe she'll know what to do"

J -"Ok,i'm gonna get going, call me if you need anything"

Layla's side:

A few minutes after Jacob had left i picked up my phone and started dialing Sam's phone number. I hesitated, how would i tell her?what would i tell her?how would she react?what would she say? I pushed all these thoughts aside and called her,i decided it would be better to tell her in person so i told her to meet me in the halway infront of my dorm room. When she arrived i started sweating.

S -"Why haven't you answered my calls?!,i was so worried about you!Not to mention you skipped school today, what happened?!"

L -"Sam,just calm down i'll explain everything-"

S -"Layla i'm your bestfriend,if something's going on you can tell me!,you didn't have to ignore me all day"

L -"Ok um...I-well..."

I couldn't find the right words,'say it' 'Just say it!'.

L -"Luke touched me..."
