It's okay

Layla's side(WARNING:anxiety,panic attack and abuse in this chapter):

Today started out pretty good,i still couldn't stop thinking about last night no matter how hard i tried.However,if i knew what would happen today,i probably would've stayed in my room.

A few groups were going for a walk in the forest at sundown so me,Sam,Dustin and Jacob decided to go too.It was fun at first but we all ended up getting separated in the forest and it was getting dark,we also had a curfew and would get in trouble if we weren't back by then.I heard them yelling but i couldn't see them,i started getting flashbacks of memories i wish i could forget.

Before my brother got sent away,my father would tell us horrible stories about the forest.There was a small forest behind my house and whenever me and my brother would do something my father didn't like he would leave us alone in the forest for hours.During the nighttime we would scream for help but no one heard a thing.I felt like the air was getting thicker and thicker by the second,it was getting harder to breathe.My heart was racing and i started to panic.I fell to the ground,I-I can't breath...The air felt as cold as ice and i was shivering,i couldn't bring myself to get up.

L -"Don't...please...don't leave me here..."*sob*

When i looked around,i saw nothing but the dark forest.It became pitch black.

L -"I-I'm scared...please..."

I heard Jacob's voice yelling in the distance but i couldn't reply.

J -"Layla!Is that you?"

I felt a soft hand on my shoulder, i knew it was Jacob but i still couldn't move.

L -"I'm scared...don't leave me here...please..."

J -"What?Did something happen?"

I kept repeating the same thing while sobbing and shivering.

J -"Hey hey,it's okay"

I heard his soft voice echoing in my ear.He carried me all the way back while reassuring me that i'm okay.

J -"Don't worry,everything's gonna be okay.Just breathe"

Jacob brought me to my room and tucked me in,he was about to leave when i grabbed his arm.

L -"C-can you stay?"*sob*

J -"I-"

L -"Please..."

He slightly nodded and laid next to me,i felt his arms around my waist and i slowly drifted of to sleep.
