I'm here

Jacob's side:

I woke up the next morning to Layla's strawberry scent.She was still asleep,i brushed her hair behind her ear and watched. I've never seen her this close before,her long lashes,rose colored lips, her fair skin.Wait,what am i doing? I quickly pull away my hand.It would probably be better if i leave before she wakes up.I get out of the bed making sure i don't wake her up and tip toe to the door.

L -"Jacob?..."

J -"Oh,sorry for waking you up"

L -"Don't worry about it,you didn't wake me up"

J -"Hey um,i was wondering if something happened in the forest last night..."

L -"It's nothing,i'm sorry for bothering you..."

I knew something was wrong but i didn't push it.

Layla's side:

I felt a little embarrassed that Jacob had to help me last night,I knew i shouldn't of gone there but i did.I laid back down on my bed,his smell was still there.He smelled like coconuts and honey,wait,what am i doing? I spring up out of my bed and go to the washroom to get ready for my day.

Today all of our groups would be doing an obstacle course that included zip-lines,rock climbing,beams and nets. I put on a pair of light grey sweat pants and a black t-shirt since i didn't want my good clothes to get dirty just in case. When we got to the obstacle course i was amazed at how big it was,it started of with wooden beams that you had to climb,after that you had to zip line your way down a hill through a filed of trees and finally,there was a huge wooden tower with only a net you had to climb to go up and a rope on the other side to go down. I was shocked at how tall the tower was,it was about 30 feet tall yet there wasn't any safety gear? Not even some mats at the bottom? I gulped as i watched the others start the course.

S -"What's wrong,you don't wanna go?"

L -"No i wanna go but,isn't that tower a violation of safety guidelines?"*laughs*

S -"It's fine!Come on let's just go!"

Sam tugs my arm as we start the course,the beams weren't really that hard but as they got higher and higher i realized i had of fear of heights.That didn't stop me though,i was determined to finish this course.I quickly make my way to the zip line,which was only a rope with a loop at the bottom that you had to stick your foot in.

Sam,who was already on the other side yelled from a distance.

S -"Don't let go!"

L -"Haha i won't!"

The zip line was really fun.Me and Sam made our way through the rest of the obstacle course together until it came to the tower.
