Dragon Pill Tournament Part 2

( I have updated the amount of points for the monsters increasing by 10 points as the rank rises and D+,C+...monsters are of 5 points more than their base rank)

Boruto then went on to the Rank B region which he could locate with the help of the maps provided, where he could get the best amount of points and experience for his level. He went to the grassland areas, he saw a monster similar to the Barefang Wolf, and used appraise on it, he saw that it was the evolved species of the Barefang Wolf, the Steel Fang Wolf with better stats than the Hobogoblins and was equivalent to the Orc which was rank B+.

The monster easily detected Boruto and rushed towards him. He was not hinged by the sudden attack due to his increased level and Divine eyes. He was able to predict and evade all his attacks and then equipped his Demon Dagger which boosted his strength, he imbued the dagger with his mana and then went on his attacks which were steadily damaging the Wolf. He was successfully able to subjugate the monster, collecting his drops he went on further subjugating the monsters which appeared too be easier for him as he was levelling up at a rapid rate. At this point, he had already subjugated 35 monsters of Rank B with another 2 hours remaining, after another hour of endless monster subjugation he had subjugated more than 50 Rank B monsters. He then heard a faint screaming voice and rushed to the area. As he was arriving nearer to the region, it was getting misty. When he arrived, a boy with high level equipment was being beaten up by a group of people in black masks which did not seem to notice Boruto. He quickly charged the people and struck them with enough force to knock them out for a while.

But one of them was not knocked out by Boruto, he used appraise on him and to his surprise he was a rank A adventurer with astonishing skills. However, the A ranker did not have the skill appraise. Underestimating Boruto, he charged towards Boruto and he was able to quickly dodge his attacks which seemed slower than that of the B+ Rank monsters, Boruto charged him with his fists only with no intention of killing him, but his attempt was futile and then a notification popped up.

Ding!!

Sudden Quest:

There is a person with killing intent towards Host, Kill the person else it will result in host's death.

"Uh....ohh! what is this quest" he thought to himself.

Saying this Boruto charged with overwhelming killing intent which was enough to break the A rankers spirit, Boruto used all his strength and agility to strike the A rank, he went flying back, and was finished off by the Demon Dagger.

Boruto quickly accepted his fate in order to save his world and family. He then went on to the injured person.

"Here drink this, it will help you heal faster"

"T-Thank You! I would have died if it were not for you" The scared Boy told.

"Let me introduce myself first, I am Asahi Yana an adventurer, why where they trying to kill you?" Asked Boruto.

"I am Lui Tun, the son of the Headmaster of Tiger Guild, these were the people of the Fhan Guild who is our opposition. They were trying to kill me as I'm the only heir to the Tiger guild.

"Wait...there are different guilds?"

"H-Huuhhh!! where are you from?"

"I am from the boonies in the far west"

"Oh that explains it, there are many guilds under the adventurer guild which all fall under the adventurer guild. I guess they did not explain this to you for their profit, could you show me your adventurer card"

*Hands over the adventurer card*

"You are from the Lio guild, which is a very small guild and accepts only up to Rank B adventurers, so I think it is time for you to join another guild as you are far above Rank B, or you can continue subjugating monsters in dungeons with just your hunter card for which you need to enroll in the adventurer guild. The hunter association consists of people who subjugate monsters and the adventurer guild is for helping people in their common quests and can include monster quest but many people do not go for monster subjugation if not in teams."

"If it is not the people's request for the quest how do the hunter's earn?"

"When you go to dungeons you get mana stones from the monsters in there, but the monsters in the outside regions like this are alike the animals living in a forest, both the Tiger and Fhan guilds are Hunter guilds."

"Hmm...well thanks for the information this will really be helpful"

Saying this Boruto and Lui went on to the assembling region as the tournament had ended.

"Well, everyone has arrived and we shall now count everyone's points"

Someone then went to the supervisor and then mumbled something inaudible.

"Well there has been a news of people trying to attack each other, they have been disqualified and will be punished" The supervisor said glancing at Bortuo.

The points of each of the competitor was then counted.

"1st Place - Asahi Yana with a record breaking 1565 points "

"2nd Place - Lui Tun with 900 points"

"3rd Place - Zhuo Fhan with 880 points"

"The 1st Place will be awarded with the Dragon Pill, the 2nd place with Rank B weapon and 3rd place with a Rank C runestone. All the 3 player have a chance to be a part of the prestigious Army of Angbotain."

"That is all for this tournament, thank you for attending"

The tournament then ended by Lui and Asahi reporting about the incident to the supervisor clearing all the doubts.

Boruto then fixed a meet-up with Lui for enrolling as a hunter, He then collected the Dragon Pill and headed back to his inn.
