Winds Of Magic In Hogwarts

A college student reincarnates in the world of HP with the power to cast Lore of Magics from the Warhammer Age of Sigmar universe(Total War: Warhammer 3). It is going to be a weak to strong story. In time, I am thinking of expanding on all of the magical world rather than only focusing on Magical England. CHAPTER 11

After several weeks of diligently honing his magical skills and working with his wand, the time had come for Elmi and his mother to embark on yet another business trip. On this occasion, Elmi's mother had official matters to attend to, involving a visit to the Brazilian Ministry of Magic and Castelobruxo, as part of her responsibilities within the Department of International Magical Cooperation. The primary objective of this trip was to initiate discussions regarding the potential establishment of student and teacher exchange programs between their school and Castelobruxo.

In preparation for the significant task at hand, Elmi's mother had meticulously organized her agenda. She had spent long hours researching Castelobruxo's curriculum, understanding their unique magical traditions, and familiarizing herself with the intricacies of Brazilian magical society. Elmi, with his newfound enthusiasm for magic and his growing knowledge, had also contributed to the preparations.

Together, they ensured that their proposal for student and teacher exchanges was well-detailed and tailored to both institutions' needs. In actuality, the Minister of Magic didn't care which student or teacher came as long as it happened.

Minister Millicent Bagnold, despite her capable leadership, was facing a decline in her authority. The purist, pure-blooded noble families were waging a relentless smear campaign against her, asserting that she had grown indolent and complacent, particularly since the war had been triumphantly concluded. To alter the prevailing narrative, she began crafting new programs and initiatives.

...

Their journey to Brazil was an adventure in itself. As they flew over the vast and lush rainforests with their carriage, it encircled Castelobruxo. Elmi marveled at the breathtaking scenery, a stark contrast to the magical landscapes he was used to in Europe. The rich biodiversity, vibrant colors, and exotic creatures he glimpsed through the plane's windows left an indelible impression.

Upon their arrival, Elmi and his mother were greeted with warmth and hospitality by their Brazilian counterparts. The official meetings at the Brazilian Ministry of Magic were both productive and enlightening.

While his mother was engrossed in her ministry duties, Elmi seized the opportunity to venture into the Feitiçaria Plaza, a vibrant locale reminiscent of Diagon Alley, though imbued with its own distinct flavor. The entrance of the Plaza wasn't in a city. On the contrary, it was in the middle of nowhere. At the heart of the Amazon, under a waterfall. The plaza was a bustling hub of magical commerce, offering an array of shops and unique products endemic to the region. Among the notable establishments were:

Kelpie's Curiosities, specializing in aquatic-themed magical artifacts and creatures, is a treasure trove for magical enthusiasts. Visitors can feast their eyes on bewitching Merfolk jewelry, intricately crafted with iridescent scales and enchanted gemstones. However, the true allure of Kelpie's Curiosities lies in the rarest of magical seashells, each possessing unique and mystical properties. These seashells, when incorporated into potions or charms, can unlock hidden powers.

Luminous Labyrinths is dedicated to crafting intricate and enchanted mazes for both entertainment and training. The bewitching labyrinth designs draw inspiration from the lush and mysterious jungles of the Amazon, renowned for their vibrant flora and fauna. Aspiring witches and wizards can engage with these intricate puzzles to hone their magical and intellectual skills while enjoying a whimsical and challenging adventure.

A book lover's paradise, Tales and Tomes offers an extensive collection of rare and ancient books that span the farthest reaches of the magical world. From spellbooks containing ancient incantations to meticulously preserved scrolls, this repository of knowledge is a haven for those who seek to delve into the deepest mysteries of magic. And, of course, those kinds of books and scrolls were forbidden for children since they wouldn't sell one to Elmi. Enchanted novels, with pages that come alive as one reads, transport readers to fantastical realms where magic knows no bounds, making Tales and Tomes a sanctuary for bibliophiles and scholars alike.

After his mother's work was finished in the Ministry, he wanted to go with her to the Castelobruxo; he had only seen the magnificent school from a distance. He and his chaperone were tired from all the shopping he had done, and they entered Mago's Retreat(Retiro do Mago), which was a pub similar to Leaky Cauldron. Mago's Retreat has a charming facade with colorful, illuminated signs that flicker in various magical patterns. Its entrance is framed by hanging vines and brightly colored charms that give off a soft, welcoming glow.

The interior is a mix of rustic charm and magical eccentricity. The walls are adorned with portraits of famous Brazilian witches and wizards, and floating candles illuminate the space. Live enchanted vines snake around the ceiling, creating a lush, green canopy.

Elmi and his chaperone, Samuel Cipriano, sat down at a table and ordered.

"Mr. Cipriano, what would you recommend?"

He looked into the menu and said,

"Hmmm, you should try number 5, it is my son's favorite and he is around your age too."

The two of them sat at a cozy table in a Brazilian wizarding restaurant, surrounded by the rich aromas of local magical cuisine. Elmi was immersed in the exotic flavors and spices of South American dishes.

As they dined, Elmi and Mr. Cipriano engaged in lively conversation. Elmi was a wellspring of questions, and his knowledge was evergrowing. The young wizard spoke with a level of eloquence that left Mr. Cipriano in awe. He discussed his travels around the magical world, the different magical creatures he had encountered, and the unique foods he tasted.

"I must say, Elmi," Mr. Cipriano remarked between bites of a flavorful dish, "you possess a remarkable understanding of the magical world for someone your age. Your insights into magical creatures and cultures are truly impressive."

A bitter smile appeared on Elmi's face, "Some of it is thanks to my father; he was a good magizoologist, but we lost him. He and my mother taught me to be always curious and always to be eager to learn more about each unique thing I would encounter."

"Sorry for your loss."

Their conversation continued well into the evening, as they discussed Brazilian magical traditions, the customs of the local wizarding community, and the enchanting flora and fauna of the Brazilian rainforest. As Mr. Cipriano was answering Elmi's endless questions, Elmi overheard what the next table was talking about,

A wizard said,

"Did you hear the latest rumors about Barão Antonio Malveira? The Dark Baron's activities are getting bolder by the day."

The witch sitting next to him came closer and said,

"I heard he's been expanding his influence into the northern parts of the South America, gathering followers and conducting dark rituals. The Ministry seems to be losing control over the situation."

Another wizard chimed in,

"It's a troubling time for all of us. Barão Malveira's dark magic is said to be growing stronger, and his followers are fanatically loyal to him. We can't underestimate the threat he poses."

Elmi turned towards Mr. Cipriano and asked, "Who is Barão(Baron) Malveira?" He had a good guess, but he wanted to confirm. Mr. Cipriano took a deep breath and, with a tired expression on his face, said, "Bad people are not exclusive to England; you had Lord Voldemort, and we have this Barão Malveira." It looked almost like he spitted the name with venom.

"He kills No-Majes by the hundreds. He is a rising dark power in the magical communities of South America. Until now, we were able to cover things up by blaming the terrorist groups of the No-Majes, but he is growing bolder by the day."

Elmi thought that it made sense that every country had its problems. Mr. Cipriano continued to reassure Elmi,

"But do not worry, as you have Albus Dumbledore, we have Head Auror Madame Isabella Silva. She will catch him in time; I have full confidence in her."

In the magical world of Brazil, there existed a formidable and wise witch known as Isabella Silva. She was not only the Head Auror of the Brazilian Ministry of Magic but also a figure of immense power and integrity. In renown and power, she could be seen as the equal of Albus Dumbledore.

Isabella Silva had a reputation for her unshakable commitment to justice, her deep understanding of the intricacies of magical law, and her unwavering dedication to protecting the wizarding world of South America from dark forces.
