To The Australia

Amelia was devastated by the time she reached at home she knew she needs a break from work and her unloving family! She was left with no choice after being ghosted and heartbroken as a Bisexual her biggest mistake was dating a girl before dating a guy! Amelia had different kind of morals from other people nowdays she had never dated anyone because she had only one thing in her mind if you date me, marry me otherwise there's no point in dating me.

And she already knew guys nowdays aren't that Loyal or it was what she kept hearing since childhood from her toxic family so she'll never trust any guy! Things were going well she thought she was the one with whom she would spent her rest of the life they planned a meet up but things started to change when her Ex started ghosting her and giving her faulty excuses she felt unwanted and abandoned and one day she stopped texting her permanently before Scarlett took 1-2 days but now it's 8-10 days! Amelia had only one thought in her mind if she loves me why she didn't miss her as she was missing her desperately waiting for her in the starting things were quite hard for Amelia to adjust but she slowly got used to it and realised that all promises were fake and she never actually cared about her feelings it was all just a lie, an act. Words cannot decide your love for anyone it's actions that actually determines your love for anyone and she understood that very well in just one time. She already started to feel the distance the betrayal but she still tried to be understanding or maybe stupid when you love someone you eventually become so stupid that you believe everything they say even if it's a lie.

But now it's been 3 years she should have forgotten this but loving someone meant a lot for Amelia that's why she wasn't able to get her out of her mind. Now she was solely dependent on her job and travelling the world to forget her sorrows she met a few people but she was afraid of her past pain so she always avoided them before they even tried to pass that barrier, the wall she had built around herself has now become so strong that it was almost impossible for anyone to break in even if they were being honest. 

"Mmm where should I go next?" Amelia mumbled to herself as soon as she entered her room she took out that large World map from drawers and opened it on the table and threw a dart on Australia cause it's the only Continent she hadn't visited yet even though there's still many countries left to be seen. But her first Goal was to visit every continent's one country so she decided this winters she was going to Australia.

"Australia I'm coming!" There was this shiny smirk on her face she was excited but before that she had to fight with her family even if she earns her own money but while living with them doing anything according to her own wasn't easy. They would constantly nag her and ask her for money and she even sends it because she felt that she was indebted to them her studies and everything where she was all belongs to them her success that's why she never refused them and offered her best to do so. 

But things had taken a weird turn even after they get money from they would still constantly nag her for her personal expenses that how she shouldn't go travelling alone in foreign countries but she never listened to them also her job offers few visits from some special destination too so it was a win-win situation and that's why she loved working on the ship!

But this time she had decided that she'll move out of the this house because she can't take it anymore.

"It's my money and I'll spent on myself lavishly!" 

After deciding everything on how to make best use of her money she slept happily and she also thought that she'll tell everyone that she was moving out soon!

Next morning at the table during breakfast everyone was there her sick old mother who never cared whether she lives or dies. Her two selfish brother who always tried every means to get money from her that's all. Her father was a misogynist he always hated the idea of having a daughter fortunately he was already dead because of his daily habit of drinking took his life in a jiffy even though he could have lived a long life but it was alright for Amelia she never felt sad about this anyways.

There was one more person in the house her sister-in-law who always hated the idea of Amelia who had been working her ass off to provide better living environment after her father's death. Her sister-in-law always wished that Amelia should be someone's housewife rather than working independent woman in all conclusion she hated how successful Amelia was.

"I'm moving out Next Month!" While eating Amelia announced her will of leaving that house. "After coming back from Australia I'll leave this house!" 

Everyone fell silent they didn't want to say anything they were trying their best to to ignore her because they knew if Amelia left their side they won't be able to suck money out of her.

"Do you know? What kind of weird people are outside? You are safe here with us!" Amelia's older brother Jacob finally spoke as always he was trying to manipulate her into thinking that that House was her limit and she should always stay there and the only time she can leave that house was when she's at her job otherwise there's no need.

Amelia was trying to suppress her anger she had enough of their shitty opinion about everything she wanted to explore the world and wanted to be more dependent on herself rather always hiding into shadows because of the fear! Because of her family's this behaviour she grew up being introverted and didn't really know how to communicate with others unless it's related to work or someone insults her! Only then she speak for herself otherwise she was really bad at making friends or meeting new people just for fun.

Growing up she drifted away from her 1-2 friends whom she don't consider friends anymore because she wouldn't contact anyone unless they do it first the logic behind this was she always thought that people were being irritated by her. That's why Amelia always distanced herself from everyone whenever she felt unwanted she hated it whenever she thought she was just Disturbing people and bothering them.

"I'm moving out after coming back from Australia no matter what anyone says!" Amelia snapped and stand up to leave the table without eating. But before she could leave..

"Amelia! Where the hell are you going? Australia? Are you out of your mind? Alone? You are not going anywhere!" Her brother was trying his best to interfere as he always did she won't be able to leave the country alone because whenever she went before she took him with her as someone to guide her in foreign countries but not anymore she wanted to see things alone and she didn't want to spent so much money on him.

"Of course I'm going there alone! I can't take you with me everywhere and if you really want to come please use your own money I don't have enough for you!" She left without having breakfast and a ruined morning obviously! 

'I remember that Quote where they say "don't let anyone ruin your day, It's Your Day ruin it yourself!" And I have always managed to do it everyday!' 

"Now you are earning so you think you can do whatever you want!" Amelia's brother was still shouting and yelling but she totally ignored him and went into her room.

She turned her head while climbing the stairs and glared at him. "Of course I can do whatever I want and you can't stop me." 

As she was leaving everything that had happened in the past occupied her mind. Her trust issues kept raising to it's maximum extent she just wanted someone to hug her and tell her that '

'I'll never leave you, I'll restore your trust in people believe me and I'll prove it to you that's my promise.'

But it was just her way of relieving herself from past traumas and the only way she can escape this reality was fantasy she always fantasized about how she could be so important to someone that they'll never look for anyone except for her and can cry for her. But it was just a mere fanatsy a wall that has been built around Amelia's that was hard to be broken now she didn't trust anyone even if they are being honest no matter how hard she tried it was just became harder and harder to find people trustworthy she had decided she'll never love someone and waste her loyalty on them if people can break her she shouldn't give them any more chances to do it anymore. She had decided to live her life the way she wants and spend every penny on herself only as long as she was alive!
