2. A little warmup and stretching.

3. GO to the nearby lake and start swimming 10 laps. One lap bear stroke,

2nd lap backstroke,3rd lap butterfly,4d lap front crawl, 5d lap sidestroke, and then repeat and finally freestyle when coming to shore.

After all of that, I rest for about 10 to 15 minutes to rest my tired body and replenish my chakra through meditation and using my lightning release or sparkle fingers to massage my body which helps greatly for removing stress and enhancing my nerves.

After that I go to konoha and go to the "Anangi Family Resturant" ran by old Hiro to request assistance to assuge my hunger(begging).

We ended up talking about life and I called him old hiro and he was pissed and he said I should become friends with his son his name was "Teu-" he never finished telling me his name but that made me think will I actually have a friend.
