As I headed to the lottery booth, I saw various types of creatures, like leshan, Druid, leopard, even a lion beast man. Wow, it seems all the fantasy creatures are real and they are even waiting for transmigration lottery. Now I'm more excited than surprised seeing all this. What kinda world would I reincarnated to if I won the lottery.

I really want to go to a fantasy type setting with elf, dwarf, dragon and sorts. With a op power and relatively longer life span, say about 500 years and open a brewery and brew all kinds of wine and beer. Ah..that's heaven. Maybe i would have considered it a lame story if I read this in a web novel but reality is often what we want than what others would think of it.

As I was day dreaming, I reached the lottery booth. I think I'm gonna use my wish to reincarnate in a fantasy world. Inside the booth I saw 2 people or creatures whatever it is. A male gnome about 3.5-4 ft tall, not too lean not too muscular, elf like pointed ears, green hair and an ever smiling face. And a green hat(pfft).

Next is a pixie about 15 centimeter tall, green hair and a green princess dress and a small magic wand if I presume. Good god she is so cute if there was another wish I just want to carry her to my next life. Wait a minute why am I so confident in winning the lottery the first time. Adam himself tried this for about 6 times and didn't get the chance, why am I cocky now?

Well, whatever, it's nice to dream. The next one is a goat. No, seriously a goat. I could even hear a phantom 'bhaaaa'. Deer god, I mean dear god, a goat, although it's fantasy it's not a goat demihuman but an actual goat. But it kinda looks cute. I don't think I should call it a it. It's in a interactive booth maybe it's a highly intelligent creature that can even read minds.

I should clear my mind of all these blasphemous thoughts. They might be literal gods. As I neared the booth I approached the smiling gnome. I want to be careful at interacting with them.

"Hello Mr.Gnome, hello Ms.Pixie, hello Mr. goat, sorry for calling you like that. But it is the only term I know how to call you. I'm Justin Silver, nice to meet you all."

Seeing my polite introduction the smiling gnome smiled towards mr and nodded his head.

"It's fine Mr. Silver, this is better than calling me a dwarf. My name is Adva and the pixie's name is Elly and.." suddenly the pixie interrupted the gnome and said " name of Mr. Goat is Armageddon."

Cool, they have beautiful names, and the Goa.. ahem… I mean Mr. Armageddon, just as I thought they seem to be a terrifying character. Just to not offend them I greeted them again adding their real name.

"It's nice to meet you Mr. Adva, Ms. Elly and Mr. Armageddon. I came here to get registered in this lottery pick. I don't know much about it could you pls give me a brief explanation."

Seeing me asking question Adva the gnome came forward with a paper or some kind of notice slip. He gave them to me as I read it and confirmed what I previously learned from Adam are all correct and the one additional thing is if you have additional or unused karma points you can use it to buy perks.

I think I understand what a perk is. Perk is basically a gift or superpower or an ability which you buy with an appropriate amount of karma points rather than through a wish. I hope I can get another op power with karma points but that's just a day dream.

I'm done reading this and ready to ask them about registration. I turned my head towards the gnome and and returned the notice.

"Mr. Adva how should we proceed with the registration? I don't know how much karma points I have and this is my first time. Please take care of me. And call me Justin if you are fine with it."

"It's fine Justin, it's our job after all. To check your karma points just step on the pedestal and stand there for 10 seconds. Once that is done we can start with the registration. Since it's your first time it'll cost you 10 karma points. I hope you have done some good deed in your life Justin so you could have a lot of karma points."

"So Mr.Adva, it's just a question but what if someone has negative karma points and refused to enter the temple ah.,I mean port? Can they just wander in the vast dimension without being judged?"

Seeing me asking this both Adva and Elly chuckled. Then the pixie mischievously smiled at me and said,

"You don't have to worry about that Justin those kind of souls will be dragged into port by Execution administration. They could not escape them. And if they try to escape they would be executed on spot."

As she was explaining she made a gesture of her thumb finger going across her neck. Damn that's scary, immediate execution incase of escape. I don't know if this pixie is messing with me or telling the truth but I'll heed to her for now.

"Thank you for explaining this to me Ms.Elle. I think I should start with the registration."

Then the gnome gestured me to follow him inside of the booth and lead me to the pedestal. 'Is this really a machine? It just looks like anordinary pedestal. He gestured me to step on the pedestal and I did as he said.

I stood on top of the pedestal and waited for something to happen. 1 second, 3 seconds, 7 seconds, 10 seconds nothing happened. I looked confused and threw an inquiring gaze towards Adva the gnome. He shook his head and asked me to get down.

"It's done Justin, you have 3469 karma points, it's not a big number but it's not bad. If you don't win the lottery don't waste anymore karma points, it'll be necessary if you go to either the afterlife or heavens."

"Thanks for the advise Mr. Adva. I also thought the same."

As if I would give up on the opportunity to get a wish granted by ROB. I would try until I would go bankrupt. But this is not needed to be said. I was brought to a circular table where a tear shaped crystal was located. Then Adva the gnome gestured me to place my hands on the crystal.

"Justin place your hands on the tears of reality which would allow us to access to your information about your past life or any before that."

Tears of reality, so it's an identification crystal but on a different scale. Noice. As I was thinking I placed my hands on top of the crystal and it displayed an array of illegible construction. I don't even know what to call it. Adva looked at the report and smiled at me.

"It's your good luck Justin. The previous life was your first one"

Huh, I'm confused. What's good about that? So I asked hi the question which I wanted to know the answer of,

"Mr. Adva, is there anything bad about having already lived multiple lives?"

To which Adva replied,

"It's nothing bad about it, it's just that if you already tried the lottery once or however many times, it adds to the current number of lottery attempts. In other words, if you have died multiple times and came to the Soul administration and tried lottery, let's just say you lived 5 lives and this your fifth time coming here , this is just an example, each time you came here you tried the lottery once and this is the 5th time you would be trying so the cost of attempting would not be 10 karma points it would be 160 karma points. That's why I said it's good for you."

Thank god, I'm a newbie to the cycle of death, if not I would have suffered. Showing Adva a gratifying smile of my own and thanked him for his good wishes. Then we moved on to the next procedure of registration and karma points deduction. This time Adva brought me to a virtual display where he uploaded my details and asked me to put my palm on the top of some scanner like device, I did as I was told. As looked at it curiously Adva explained,

"This is a spiritual link scanner, it identifies your spiritual signature which is a unique signal of your own. Now the registration is complete you just have wait until the lottery begins and the await for the result."

"Thank you Mr. Adva for your help and please wish me luck."

After that I left to the entrance of the booth and met with Elly the pixie and Mr. Armageddon.

"See you again Ms. Elly and see you again Mr. Armageddon, if luck allows it."

Elly looked at me with a smile and waved her small hands,

"Bye Justin, if fate allows we can meet again."

Mr. Armageddon didn't even look at me as he was glancing somewhere. I don't have the guts to call him again. I just left the area to find Adam.
