Beast Battle Tournament Final 1

I took a bath and got ready to go out. Today our class is heading out to watch World Beast Battle tournament's final round.

' I wonder how it will be? I am excited to know how they fight. Is it like an anime I used to watch since childhood? Or a little different.'

I tapped my shoes as I rang the doorbell to Evans room.

Mm...

Still not coming.

" Oye Evan, finished your make up yet."

" I was just dressing up."

The door opened, revealing Evan in his casual white shirt and a black jacket, well trimmed short golden hair, sharp golden eyes and the blue star shaped earring added another charm to his looks.

I turned my head around and spoke.

" Let's go."

" Okay."

We called the others and decided to meet at Evans room.

I made myself comfortable as I sat on the couch.

One after another others entered, Ethne, Snow, Erika, James, Steel and other two new faces entered.

Ethne wore a tight gray t-shirt, a black jacket and blue jeans which highlighted her curves. Erika wore a pink coloured dress and a bunny bag on her back.

I averted my eyes quickly to not focus on you know what. Every time I see her, that scene replays in mind. Those soft marshmallows..

Back to reality.

James and Steel wore simple t-shirts and pants, and there are other two new faces.

" Who are these two?"

" The tall boy with the brown spiky hair is Jack and the shy girl with the short black hair is Ceil, both of them are our classmates. Say hi guys!"

" No need for that long introduction James."

" I..it is a b..bit too much. I- I am not shy."

I know not my first time saying it, but these guys are weird. I knew their faces before but didn't know their names.

" Hello Jack and Ceil, nice to meet you."

" Nice to meet you too buddy!"

" H-Hello.."

James shook hands with me while Ceil hid behind Jack while holding his jacket.

And what's this bittersweet atmosphere between these two.

Hm? Ah!

Wow, a shy one and a spiky one. What a combination?

I can't wait for the new drama.

We chatted a bit before greeting others.

One person is missing. Where is Snow?

" W-"

My mouth closed as soon as I saw Snow standing before me.

I couldn't move nor could I speak.

" Hey Newbie! We are here too."

Ethne waved her hand in front of me, but I didn't pay her any mind.

Snow always wore academy uniform, but today...

Unlike her usual long layers hair style, she did a ponytail hairstyle which showed her alluring nape. Which I would die to take a bite off. She wore a black sweatshirt and a blue jogger, hiding her curves. But even so, her bosom still gave her a charm unlike any other.

" Let's go guys! we are leaving them behind!"

James deliberately shouted out loud. Everyone left the room following James leaving me and Snow alone in the room.

The ticking of the clock continued in the background as we both stared at each other.

" Seen enough." Snow said meekly.

" No." The word came out of my mouth even before I realised it.

" We are going." Snow left the room and I followed behind her.

" I just changed my hairstyle..." Snow mumbled to herself in a quite voice.

We arrived at the 2nd floor in the Leali tree, the VR section. We paid fees for an hour usage by points.

A typical spherical structured pod, inside a comfortable seat with safety features. The high-resolution screens and the electron sensors gives the best experience of the virtual world.

I entered the VR pod and closed my eyes. The white mist spread inside the spot as the pod slowly closed. I felt sleepy as I inhaled the white mist.

The next moment I opened my eyes, I was standing in nothingness. My surroundings were as white as a sheet. A panel opened up in front of my eyes. I clicked on the options as told by Evan and finally a window popped up with a heading ' Reedreada Galaxy : Beast Battle tournament final'. Right below it, an empty block appeared. I entered a code given to me by Evan. It took a while to identify my code.

' I guess this code is like a ticket for a match, did they buy this for me?'

In the next moment, my surroundings changed slowly into that of an arena which was much bigger and wider than our academy. The loud cheerings of fans made my ears deaf for a second. I looked around and found out that I was already seated on a seat and in the same line our class.

' An automatic seat function, I see.'

On my right side was Evan and on my left Snow.

All the attention was drawn to the screen which displayed two peoples. One of them had pointy horns, black hairs and green eyes.

The other one had black hairs and red eyes, he looked a bit older than the other one or am I assuming things? I get confused whenever this happens. It is said that the higher one's Ascension the younger they look.
