Our Journey Together (Philippines - Baler Part 1.2)

They woke up early the next day for the sunrise. The sunrise in Baler is amazing as the sea is facing the Pacific Ocean.

There are a lot of people at the shore, it's mix of foreign and local tourists. The shore is somehow crowded with people doing surfing. Shin's cousin is a surfing instructor, Geene's younger brother. When they saw him at the shore, they immediately asked him if he can teach them surfing.

Jungye never experienced surfing before so he was so excited and decided to be the first one to be taught. Shin decided to wait for him at the shore and taking photos of him.

She was so busy taking photos and cheering for him while she was sitting at the sand near the shore.

"Hi! Sorry to suddenly approach you. I saw you cheering and you seem having fun...and I find it cute, actually." the man sat down at the sand beside her.

The man is almost as tall as Jungye. His hair is dark blonde and his skin is slightly tanned. He is half naked so she can see that his body is toned with abs. 'wow! what a good looking man' she thought.

She smiled back at the man and replied "yeah! I was cheering for my boyfriend over there. I'm Lee Shin by the way. What's your name?

"I'm Pierre... Pierre Day from France. I am a diver." he looked at the woman seated beside him and smiled. " I traveled while doing my passion but I have business too so it's fine."

Shin: " that's nice! you are a diver. I am not really good at swimming and I will try surfing after him...for the first time" she smiled back at Pierre.

Pierre: " you look pretty...too bad you're taken" then he glanced at the man who was surfing. " that your boyfriend?" then he looked back at her " he looks young."

Shin: " you are talking as if you are old. How old are you anyway?"

Pierre: "I am 32 and will be turning 33 in few months. You look young...but you are an Asian so hard to guess the real age"

Shin: " I am 29 and turning 30 in few months as well."

Pierre: "that few months, is it December? because I was born 25th of December."

Shin: "no I am February...25th"

Pierre: "same day but different months...nice"

They enjoyed talking for almost an hour and Shin didn't realize the time and noticed that Jungye was looking at them with a jealousy while giving the man seated beside her a death glare.

Pierre: " I think I should go before your boyfriend decided to murder me...with those glaring and stuff." he suddenly stood up and pulled her by her hand to assist her to stand up. "too bad you're taken.. I wish..." he didn't finished what he was about to say.

Before Shin can bid her goodbye, Pierre suddenly hugged her and gave her a kiss on the cheek and whispered " I wish to see you again...bye." leaving Shin with her mouth slightly open and don't know how to react with his sudden action. Then she saw Jungye walking fast towards her.

Jungye was happy learning surfing but when his 1 hour was about to be done and he decided to walk back towards the shore with his instructor. He saw Shin happily chatting with a handsome man. 'as I've thought, you are are somehow popular with western men...Shin... what am I going to do with you?'

Then he saw them stood up and suddenly the man gave her a hug and a kiss! because he is still far from the shore, he can't clarify if the kiss is on the cheek of lips. This gave him a pang of jealousy and wanting to strangle the man who made a move to his woman. He walked fast to reach them but before he reached the shore, the man is already far from them.

Jungye: " well...well.. Miss Lee Shin, I was out for almost an hour surfing and then when I came back, you already had a man getting cozy with you." His voice was accusing her of cheating.

Shin: " he...he just sat down and talk to me...I didnt know... I wasn't expecting he will do that."

Jungye: "and you didn't push him away? slap him or what?"

Shin: " i was startled, shocked because everything happened so fast."

Jungye: "where did he kissed you?" his voice is slightly loud and full of anger.

Shin: " at the cheek...promise! just the cheek and he hugged me that's all.. and also he is a traveler from France so I will not see him again."

Jungye just listened to her and took removed his wet shirt. He suddenly wiped her face with his wet shirt, the part where she was kissed. "I don't want to see any man getting near you like that..and a French man. Don't believe them, they are very sweet wit their words and they only want to be in your pants...that's all!" then he walked past leaving Shin looking at him.

'what's with him? as if I will hook up with someone?' then she followed him. because Jungye is way taller than Shin, his walk pace is considered a jogging for Shin to cope up his fast walking.

{AUTHOR: of course he got jealous! who on earth will not be jealous when your love one was approached in front of you then got kissed on the cheek?}

Shin: "baby, wait up... hey baby.. please! I am so sorry!"

'omg! this will be a long explanation again and pacify what he feels.... I will have to work extra to make him feel better' Shin thought while almost running following Jungye.
