A Journey through Business and Friendship

I smartly handled both Rohini and Aryan. When we came back from our trip until then Rohini was promoted to our Canada branch manager. The situation cooled down and I made Aryan as our permanent staff. But my buisness turned out to running looses day by day. My mood was going upset all this days.

I entered my cabin.

I called "Rohan, please come quickly to my cabin. I need to discuss something important."

Rohan came in "Yes mam!"

I yelled at Rohan "What yes? What are you guys doing? You can't even find a solution to recover our losses. All the time if I have to think to recover the losses then I am paying you guys."

Rohan replied "Sorry mam. I am trying my best. If I get some good ideas I'll definitely post it to you."

I replied angrily "Let it be. I will find a solution. After all it's my buisness, you all just a paid staff. Why you all will take such tension it's not your work. You all will remain by side until and unless I stop paying you."

Rohan was not only a staff, he was more than a staff he was friend a guide a lot to me. He is always been loyal to me.

Rohan put his hand on my shoulder "Look Sona I was hearing a lot of your nuisance, you know it very well that the ones who are loyal with you will always be by your side. I know you are disturbed but you have to be strong, you have to deal with it. Sona you are always been a special friend to me."

Now I started to cry. "I know Rohan, You will always be on my side until death shatters us. You were there when I started my career, you are a blessing to me. You were always there in my hard times. But Rohan you know that this buisness is not just a way to earn money it's my life. I dedicated 10 years to establish this buisness. If it shatters my life will also shatter."

Rohan rubs my tears and replied "I know Sona, this not only your life this is all of our life who are working here for 24/7 for you. They all know that our buisness is not working well but they are still by your side. Do you know why? Because they also live for this buisness. You have to think for them also. You have to be strong for them. You can't be selfish. You can only save this buisness. Please Sona don't break down be strong you will definitely find your path. We all are with you "

I hugged him tightly and replied "Thanks, I love you yaar"

He replied, "I love you too."

I hugged him and whispered into his ears "Will you be able to come to my home tonight? I need to discuss something important. Don't react ok. If it's not possible show any signs. Or else just kiss on my forehead and leave just don't say anything. Ok.''

He kissed on my forehead and leaves my cabin.

And Aryan was noticing everything outside from the glasses of my cabin.
