"What is this place."

I had told Kakashi that I had found documents of why Doto' was obsessed with Koyuki's necklace, right now we were at the that place where there were huge five glass pillars.

Koyuki was with us, us includes, Team Asuma and Team Kakashi as well as the filming crew, I swear this is no longer a movie but a documentary if you ask me.

"This is why Doto's was obsessed, his brother possessed a certain treasure and the key to that treasure lied within in the necklace, am I right Princess Koyuki?"

She nodded, she then took the necklace and gave it to me, we then proceeded to go into the center, as I placed the Key in its hole, viola, the surrounding Ice melted, and somehow grass had grown or rather was underneath it the whole time.

There it played a projection of a young Princess Koyuki, what her dreams were and what not, to me I was more amazed of the technology, Her father must have been an inventor, this type of technology of holographic projection was very much a big leap but sadly he died.

I'm not smart enough to recreate this thing but, its a nice way to allow more meetings proceed smoothly without the danger of being attacked or killed.

I looked at the surroundings, since everyone was emotional, I just looked at it not wanting to ruin the mood.

Koyuki told us after her ceremony of being crowned as the new Daimyo for the Land of Snow or Land of Spring since there little to no snow left, I stayed at the back as Kakashi talked with her.

As they were talking Sandayu came up to me, he sure is happy and who wouldn't be I guess.

"You are Yuki, you are close with the Hokage right?"

"You can say that I am quite close with her I guess, but if its for official matters I suggest you talk to Asuma or Kakashi Sensei."

"I have and they told me that it was better to talk to you since they said you were going to take care of the mission report, could you also include that we would like to formally request help?"

Ah damn it, more paper work. I sighed and nodded as his words, guess its back to boring paperwork when I return.

When he finally left me alone Ino waved at me, I smiled and went to her, well its not bad to enjoy the festival.

Was the first thing I said when we were returning to Konoha, though it was only a few days trip, I had to make the mission report as requested since I was left alone with Tsunade.

"So how was the mission?"

"It was fine."

"Anything interesting?"

"It's all in the report Grandma"

"Grandma? Looks like someone forgot whose the superior you brat, enough games, out with it."

"The Land of Snow or Land of Spring, whatever you want to call it is too far and weak, even a Chunin would be king there, but they are technologically advanced, far ahead of any nations."

"And?"

"It wouldn't be too bad to make them as allies, send a capable Jonin to train their Shinobi's until they're sure they can defend themselves and in exchange have some blueprints of their technologies."

I then handed out her a different paper, it contained some plans on how to get the best out of them as well as make a beneficial partnership.

"That's all well and good, I now have a new mission for you Yuki."

"What is it this time?"

"Go take a rest, while you wait for your new mission thanks to your suggestion we snuffed out some spies from Iwa and Kumo, it was very timely as they have yet to send out the intelligence they gathered."

"Well I was worried that they would investigate the place after what had happened."

I suggested that we find some suspicious persons, Danzo and Root would have taken care off it but now they weren't here so I had to suggest it to Tsunade, Konoha was just attacked, the Third had died, if it was Kumo and Iwa I'm sure they would have pounced on the opportunity immediately.

Perhaps it was a nice thing to have someone do it and, did I just see her smile? I gulped when she opened her mouth I had a bad feeling about this.

"Yes, your new mission would be to try and intercept spies that will exchange information, You will be placed at the border and eliminate who they will meet up, supposedly they will be meeting the week after next."

"Alright I accept, but what would happen if I also try to spy on them, or at the very least against Iwa."

"It's not necessary just intercepting them would be enough, I would have accepted you to go spy on them however, you lack the training to be one, unless you join the ANBU."

"Pass, speaking of ANBU isn't this what your ANBU should do? Not someone like a Chunin like me?"

"Who said you were a Chunin?"

Tsunade smirked as I rolled my eyes, she laughed when she saw my expression

"Publicly you're a Chunin, privately you're a Jonin now, since you don't want to be an ANBU its the only compromise we have, the ANBU themselves will handle the spying on Iwa or Kumo, but not right now we don't want to start a war."

"Still it doesn't make sense that a kid like me should-"

"You're not a kid anymore, thanks to the crisis all available Chunin's, Jonin's had to work double time in accepting every mission as to create a façade that we are now fine, All available ANBU are guarding Konoha's borders as I don't want this place to be invaded again after just experiencing it."

"And I'm the only one available then but still, Kakashi is there right so is Yamato Sensei."

"I'm sending them out both for a mission by tomorrow, one that concerns the Otogakure, they'll be evaluating the borders as they were ANBU before so they have experience in it who knows how long they'll take."

"Fine I accept the mission, but this won't be recorded right?"

"It will be added onto your resume."

"And what if I bring the informant back alive?"

"That would be the best possible scenario."

"Do I get a bonus?"

"Sure if you want."

I nodded and accepted it, I wanted to leave and she already told me I could, when I was walking back to the street, as usual I saw Fu, Fu had left the Hyuga compound and she had the Konoha headband wrapped around her waist like Ino.

I greeted her as she ran towards me with a smile, I ruffled her hair as she chuckled and hugged me.

"So you're a genin?"

"Mm! I graduated really early thanks to Karin-nee and Yamato-sensei!"

"That's good, were you about to go home? I'll escort you."

"Yes!"

Fu then recounted everything that had happened, apparently she had applied for a special examination thanks to her age, but her talent was something else as she had mastered the Ninjutsu of the academy in about two months after she transferred here.

"So where's Karin?"

"She said she would be busy filing papers? I don't know what she says that she'll be back later."

"I see, so hows Konoha been so far?"

"It's great! Everyone is my friend including the old man who runs the ramen shop."

"Do you also get to eat for free?"

"Sometimes! I thought I'd never be happy like this."

"That's great."

"And you know I've made a new friend when I was asleep."

"Who?"

"Her name is Chomei! At first she was grumpy but every time I sleep I always talk to her, right now she's my friend!"

"Can I meet her then?"

"You can't! Well she says you can't and that only I could?"

"What else did she say?"

"She said that if I ever need help I can just call out to her!"

I smiled, looks like Chomei is a friendly kind of tailed beast, perhaps extracting chakra from her wouldn't be so troublesome if I just talk to her through Fu."

"I can't wait to meet her then, say are you hungry Fu?"

"I am Onii-san!"

"Come let's eat at that Ramen Shop that you liked!"

She then smiled and jumped in happiness, afterwards she ran so fast that I had to catch up to her, right perhaps I do need to relax sometimes.

"Is Kakashi still there?"

"He just left."

"Right, tonight, we'll try it tonight."

"We only have once chance, this place is already crawling with ANBU."

"Shut it, let's wait until its night then."

The voices then quieted down as they waited and looked at the Horizon on where the sun would set, they had a hard time entering but through Kabuto they found a loop hole and it was now the best chance to do their task.
