"YOU-", Siberia found her words to be lost in a trance. She heard faint voices of a little girl calling out to her mother, faint voices of a little girl telling her mother how her day at school was, faint voices of a little girl telling her mother how her cooking is impeccable and how she'll always love her despite the ups and downs. She heard her mother's voice telling her how she'll always protect her. Siberia felt her chest burning, her head aching, she felt her muscles cramping yet there was a greater pain than what she felt physically. She stormed out of the bistro and ran halfway where she got herself into a taxi and headed straight back to Seoul.
Upon reaching Seoul she got herself another taxi and headed to the hospital, expecting Dana to be there. She screamed out Dana's name in rage which drew the attention of the people yet Siberia didn't care the least. She asked the receptionist, "WHERE THE HELL IS THAT DANA", her voice was frightfully loud and her face red with veins popping out. The receptionist stepped back in fear.
It was only after a couple of moments that Dana came down when someone told her about the chaos.
"What's going on here", Dana spoke in her calm voice, "Everybody please get back to your workstations, and don't create a commotion here". Dana didn't take notice of Siberia until a punch landed on her face right after she finished her sentence which left her with her jaws dropped on the ground. She placed her hand right where she was punched as she looked up to a fuming Siberia.
Everyone around gasped, even patients began pouring out of their rooms to watch to commotion.
"You know what Dana Cocheque, you're about to face hell like I did and I'll be there to make sure you do, you piece of SHIT!" Siberia spat in her face as she crouched down to Dana's level and grabbed her by the collar. "JUST HOW DARE YOU! HOW!!!". She screamed in her face.
Just when Siberia was about to punch Dana once again, she felt herself being pulled up by strong hands. When she came to face to person, it was none other than Yeong who slapped her across the face, leaving Siberia in utter shock.
"What the hell is wrong with you Siberia? What are you insane? How can you punch my mother?" Yeong was unable to bring himself together to what was happening, "Siberia-"he was cut by Siberia who seemed to be in more rage than before.
"YOUR DAMN MOTHER KILLED MY MOTHER! THAT'S WHAT HAPPENED" Siberia screamed in his face as she spoke, unable to control her temper. She felt like wanting to choke someone until their bones break.
Yeong just stared at her in a trance.
"I'm not insane Yeong, trust me", Siberia found herself miserable and broken when she saw the look on Yeong's face. "I-I-I have the evidence, I have the proof, just believe me" Siberia faltered as she spoke, her hands shaking. She stepped closer to Yeong, but he backed away which made Siberia stop and look at him in disbelief. "Yeong?" her voice sounded broken as she spoke.
"I'm sorry Siberia, I just can't" Yeong looked away from her and made his way to his mother.
"Yeong believe me, look here is the evidence" Siberia quickly took out her phone and searched for the image through her gallery. "Here, look Yeong look" She shoved the phone in his face prior to grabbing him by his arm and pulling him away from his mother.
Yeong stared at her screen without saying anything.
"Remember when I was taken to a room after I collapsed and your mother was there when you said you came to check on me and I handed her a white envelop" Siberia's voice was shaky as she spoke, almost unable to speak, but she still did.
Yeong didn't say anything, but stared at her briefly. Their eyes locked for a moment prior to Yeong throwing Siberia's phone against the wall. Siberia stared at him in disbelief prior to picking her phone which was now broken.
"What—Yeong" She couldn't bring herself together to what he just did.
"If you dare speak another word against my mother, I won't let it slide" his eyes were red and his voice deep in anger.
Yeong approached his mother and helped her up from the ground. Siberia just stood there in utter shock. His eyes meet hers, but they weren't the same eyes Siberia loved, it was rather filled with disappointment, furry, angst, confusion and what not. Yeong said no more and headed for the exit with his mother who kept her head hung low.
"You know you're being ignorant to the truth", Siberia spoke from behind as he brushed pass her. "You're victimizing your mother over the real victim. You're ignoring me for a…..murderer" Siberia took a brief pause before uttering the word 'murderer'. "If that's what you're gonna do then fine"
Yeong stopped halfway.
"Yeong" Siberia's voice was cracking up, "Let's end it".
He turned back and met her eyes that were bloodshot red. As much as he wanted to hold her into his embrace, he couldn't bring himself to do it. He himself looked hurt and broken and much more when Siberia said to end things between them. He wanted to shout out loud and say 'NO' and run to her, but his body wouldn't; his heart wouldn't accept it. He thought for once if he even loved her.
"Fine", he shocked himself when he said it.
Siberia looked at him deep in the eyes, "When you said you loved me, did you actually mean it?"
Yeong didn't say anything and continued to leave, tears rolling down.
"I was honest about my, but what about you? If you step out of that door, just know this, you're a damn coward. You listening Yeong, you're a damn coward and I'm gonna prove you wrong and when that happens it's you whose gonna be broken because now......I really hate you", Siberia fell on her knees as she spoke her last words, balling her eyes out hysterically.
