Chapter 11 - Her background

Ace didn't say anything and just stayed silent. Kyle saw that that is why he got closer to Ace and put his arms around him.

"Come on, why are you already questioning your brother for being late? Why not let him eat first." Kyle said to Stacey

Kayze, Lance, and Aiah got the message that is why they told Ace to take a sit and eat first. Kyle guided Ace to his seat and Stacey didn't say anything for the time being. She saw that his brother was silent for the first time. She wants to know what happened but she couldn't really pry into his life that is why she waited for him to talk.

Aiah and Kayze got the utensils for Ace and Lance got some food for him. Kyle sat beside Ace and Stacey went back to cooking. But then Ace suddenly talked.

"Uhm. I got home late because I was about to eat dinner with someone but then she got mad at me." Ace said to them

"Oh, you were just going to eat dinner outside huh that is why you got home late." Lance replied

Everyone was silent for a few seconds but then someone gasp.

"WHA- SHE?!?! YOU WERE GOING TO EAT DINNER WITH A GIRL?" Lance said it was a shock to them since yesterday they saw him being sad and all

"Wait, yeah? What? Who were you going to eat with?" Kayze asked Ace, he was also shock that is why he was standing up

"Is it the girl that rejected you? Is she returning your feelings?" Lance added

Ace didn't have time to talk because he was bombarded with questions. Kyle was silent again and didn't say anything to what Ace said. Aiah was smiling at Ace and was eating her food. Stacey is still cooking, we still don't know if she have heard it what her brother said or not. After all the question, Ace got some breather to answer the question that was ask by them to him.

"Yes, it was a she and no she wasn't the girl that rejected me." Ace replied to the questions

Stacey couldn't help it any more and asked Ace something

"So, who is it?" Stacey asked her brother Ace

This question made the entire room silent. They were waiting for Ace answer.

"Uhm, I don't know if you guys know who she is. Her name is Gweneth Alxion." Ace said

"Oh, it was just Gweneth Alxion, huh." Lance replied to what Ace said

But then Lance suddenly realized what Ace said.

"WHAT??!! YOU WERE GOING TO HAVE DINNER WITH GWENETH ALXION?!?!" Lance screamed, he was standing up now and his eyes were about to pop out.

"Yeah..? Why..?" Ace asked he didn't know Gwen's identity since he didn't want to ask such questions to her. But still it made him wonder since Gwen was getting special treatment from their school.

"You don't know her?!?" Lance replied

"Should I know her?" Ace said and then Ace look at Kyle and asked him a question "Who is she?" Ace asked

"I don't know who she is." Kyle replied

"YOU DON'T KNOW WHO SHE IS?" Lance said his eyes was really about to pop out because of the answers he was getting.

Stacey walked behind Lance and punch him in his head

"Stop overreacting and just tell us who she is." Stacey said to Lance

Lance stopped and sat down because Stacey hit him. He was really obedient when it comes to Stacey.

"She's a famous actor and also the model of our school." Lance replied "She's really famouuus!! I heard we were classmates with her that is why I was so excited but then I didn't even saw her attend not even once. That is why I thought the people were just pranking me." Lance added

"Wait, I thought Aiah was the model of our school since she was also famous in our school." Ace said

"Me and Gwen are the model of our school. She doesn't really attend much of the lessons since she always got work to do but I talked to her multiple times." Aiah replied "Even from other schools she is famous. A lot of universities are trying to recruit her since she is also about to graduate this year." Aiah added

Ace was just shocked since this was the first time he was hearing about it. He didn't know that Gwen was that famous.

"Also I heard that she got a boyfriend. How did you get a dinner with her anyway?" Kayze asked Ace

"Well, you know that I went to Mr. Zay office, right?" Ace said

"Yeah? What about it?" Kayze asked

"Well, he gave me a task and that was to find a book and read it. That was where I met Gwen. I saved her from falling books and then she helped me find the book I was looking for. I asked if she wants to read it with me and she said yes that is how I got to talk to her. After a while I asked her if she was hungry and she said yes that is why I invited her to have dinner with me." Ace said

"But why did she cancel it?" Kayze asked

They were all eager to hear the answer since Gwen accepted it. They were thinking if Ace did something wrong that made Gwen upset.

"We were about to go to a restaurant when this car stopped in front of us and someone called Brian got out of the car and was telling Gwen go to get inside the car. He was about to hold Gwen's hand and that is where I intercepted and asked him to get lost since I saw that Gwen was really uncomfortable with him but that made Gwen upset with me. I held Gwen's hand and walked away with her and that is when she got mad at me and cancelled the dinner." Ace said

"When I see that girl, I'll beat her up." Stacey said "How could she do that to my brother." Stacey added

"Yeah, yeah. How could she do that to you?" Lance said and then he got close to Stacey

He was about to make moves on Stacey when Kyle hit him.
