Friends, Sun and Ocean

Mauro’s POV

Being the host was something that Mauro loved. The responsibility was as exciting as it was tiring, and still Mauro offered himself every time to be such. Once every week he would invite his friends over just like he did for the Hungarian GP. Most of the time he did not have help, but some others like in Christmas when his mother would ask for help to host the festivities Mauro would gladly say yes.

“Sr. Flores,” a girl no older than seventeen walked into the beach house living room, “Ya esta todo listo. Hay comida en el refri, las toallas y blancos están todos en su lugar y cualquier cosa escribí mi número aquí por si le hace falta algo”

Mauro nodded towards the girl, “Gracias Jasmín,” the girl smiled, “How is your mother?” The girl’s mother was the house’s keeper, but even now after two years of lockdown Covid-19 still haunted the people of the world, and Jasmín’s mother had fallen victim to the virus.
