"I do hope the two of you enjoy yourselves." I eased my chair back from the table and stood. "Now, if you don't mind, it's been a long couple of days, and I'd like to retire to my room."
"Of course. We do hope you find our accommodations suitable," Queen Lucy said.
"The accommodations are lovely." Peyton stood, as did Sabella. "On that note, we bid you good night. Thank you for the delicious meal."
"Yes, everything was divine," I said, and I truly meant that.
"Don't be too late tonight, Sophie," Sabella said, giving her twin a be-careful look.
Sophie nodded with understanding.
Victor and Vince escorted us from the grand ballroom. As soon as we were in the corridor, I snapped my fingers and waved my hand in front of my body. The stifling dress disappeared, replaced with comfortable sweatpants and a T-shirt.
