Reunion of Twin Brother

As Vergil stepped out of the Chamber of Counsel, the cold, echoing thuds of armored boots on stone signaled the approach of two towering figures. The air felt heavier, charged with an almost tangible force as the Grey Knights entered. Both were legends among their kind, yet their presence invoked a mixture of awe and unease in Vergil.

Castellan Garran Crow led the way, his storm-gray Terminator Armor seeming to absorb the light around him. The purity seals adorning his chestplate fluttered lightly with each step, and in his right hand, he held the infamous blade—the Black Blade of Antwyr. The cursed weapon hummed softly with dark energy, its malevolent whispers barely audible to those sensitive to the warp, like Vergil.

Vergil could hear it now—a faint chorus of voices, seductive and vile, trying to worm their way into his thoughts. "Join us... we know your power... together, we could bring the galaxy to its knees..." The words slithered through his mind, but Vergil, with practiced will, shook off the invasive thoughts. His eyes drifted to Crow, who remained composed and unwavering, despite the corrupting presence he carried.

"What kind of strength must he possess?" Vergil wondered silently, his respect for Crow deepening. How could one man bear the weight of such a cursed weapon and still remain pure? Crow's eyes, as cold as the void, scanned the room ahead, completely unaffected by the daemon's whispers. It was a testament to his discipline—an almost unnatural resistance to corruption.

Behind Crow, High Paladin Koiar Tempus entered, his form even more imposing, if that was possible. Kolar's armor gleamed, an artwork of craftsmanship. The silver and gold filigree on his pauldrons and greaves was not merely decorative but marked his station as a High Paladin, a warrior who had fought in countless campaigns against the forces of chaos. His storm shield, emblazoned with the symbol of the Grey Knights, reflected the flickering light, a bright contrast to the grim atmosphere.

Vergil felt the weight of their presence. These were not mere warriors; they were living legends, the hammer and shield of the Imperium's unyielding defense against the foul forces of the warp. He stood a moment longer, catching the subtle tension between the two. While Crow embodied a cold, disciplined control over his darker surroundings, Kolar emanated power and authority—his presence was magnetic, drawing attention wherever he went.

"Vergil," Koiar's voice rumbled through the chamber like distant thunder, calling his name without effort. There was no warmth in the greeting, just the weight of duty and command. Kolar's blue eyes met Vergil's. Though concealed beneath the armor, Vergil knew they burned with the fire of experience, perhaps even ruthlessness when necessary.

"High Paladin, Castellan," Vergil bowed slightly, acknowledging their status. His own thoughts were already racing. Why were these two here? Their presence was no mere coincidence.

The two figures returned Vergil's greeting with a cordial nod before entering the Chamber of Counsel. Despite the formal atmosphere, their gesture carried a sense of respect for Vergil, a sign that he had earned his place among those who frequently engaged in critical battles against the forces of Chaos.

Vergil remained outside, watching the large doors slowly close behind them. His mind raced with questions. "Why were they summoned as well?" he pondered. Castellan Crow and High Paladin Tempus were not called without urgent reason. It made Vergil wonder whether the summons were related to the request from Task Force 413, a task force that had recently drawn the attention of many high-ranking officials within the Imperium.

"Is the situation in the subsector deteriorating?" he mused. Task Force 413 had been on the front lines, facing increasing Chaos incursions and warp disturbances across the region. If Crow and Tempus were involved, it meant only one thing—something far larger was unfolding, something that couldn't be ignored.

Meanwhile, inside the Chamber of Counsel, the Grand Masters observed the arrival of High Paladin Kolar Tempus and Castellan Garran Crow. Both knights were already aware that a special request had come from Task Force 413. Word had reached them that the task force was under the command of none other than a Shield Host Captain from the Adeptus Custodes.

The mention of the Custodes, the Emperor's own elite guardians, added weight to the situation. It wasn't often that the Custodes directly involved themselves in such affairs, and the presence of a Shield Host Captain signaled that this was no ordinary operation. The Grand Masters exchanged glances, knowing full well that this request would require the utmost attention.

"So the rumor is true?" ask Castellan Crow.

"Yes, The Task Force it self have reputation for leading Adamnadula Crusade and only less than a week with help from other Chapter and Lord Regent him self successful liberating Adamnadula system from Chaos. As we speak, they start building any facility and make the system as new Imperial area." said Grand Master Covan Leorac

"And about the Psychic Spike 2 days ago, how about is?" ask Hight Paladin Koiar Tempus.

"It just friendly visit from Emperor him self, Emperor give Vergil a mission to get a weapon. I seen the weapon too and looks like it is one of kind." said Grand Master Caddon Varn with calm tone.

"Emperor him self, huh? he must be special" said Castellan Crow.

"He is special, don't forget who send him here and when he on training. It seem Emperor giving us a great gift for fighting Chaos." said Grand Master Aidan Perdron said.

"I always hole Supreme Grand Master Kaldor Draigo was here, he will be pleased with the result of the training." said Castellan Crow.

As the Grand Masters discussed the matter inside the Chamber of Counsel, Vergil's attention was drawn to a figure approaching the entrance. The gleaming, golden armor of the newcomer stood out immediately, radiant and regal, with a long crimson cloak trailing behind him. There was no mistaking who this was—a Shield Host Captain of the Adeptus Custodes, one of the Emperor's personal guardians.

Without hesitation, Vergil knelt, bowing his head in deep respect. It was not every day one encountered a Custodes, much less a Shield Host Captain. The sheer presence of the figure exuded authority and power, a living symbol of the Emperor's might.

However, before Vergil could fully settle into the kneeling posture, the Shield Host Captain raised a hand, his voice commanding yet calm.

"Rise," he said, his tone leaving no room for hesitation. "There is no need for such formalities. We stand as warriors of the Imperium, united in purpose." said that Custodes

Vergil stood immediately, his eyes meeting the captain's. Though the Custodes were often seen as above even the most honored warriors of the Imperium, there was a sense of mutual respect in the captain's words. Vergil could feel the weight of responsibility in the air—whatever brought this Custodes here was of the utmost importance.

"It seem you grow more taller than me, Vergil." said that Custodes

"How... wait a minute, Dante is that you?" Vergil ask.

"Of course who else.... i know your Psychic pattern..." said Dante taking off his Custodes helmet

"What are you doing here? is there any problem?" ask Vergil with concern,

"Of course my request for Grey Knight force for Task Force 413, what else? they taking some time to deliberating my request." said Dante.
