Amanda, I Miss You

The sight of the police holding their guns towards them became blurry in Camellia's eyes. She was having a hard time breathing, "Huk…huk…" She held her chest that was in pain and a few seconds later, everything went black.

"Honey…" The voice that was calling sounded so far away. She could hear it clearly. Was she dreaming or was she dead? 

"I'm sorry…I'm really sorry." This time the voice became more clear. She tried to open her eyes that seemed heavy and frowned when the bright light reached her eyes first.

"Doctor! Doctor! She is awake!" Alexander tried to push the button to call the doctor as he tried to stand up to call for the doctor but Andrew stopped him.

"Let me…" Andrew went to the button at the top of the headboard and pushed it. He then took a seat back. "You are okay now…" He said, looking at Camellia's eyes that were in confusion.
