Actually I am not that hungry, I'd better go through some files, I replied him curtly.

I don't need to know if you are hungry or not, I 'm demanding lunch from you and it's compulsory.

As I wanted to deny the offer, my stomach rumbled and growled loudly. I looked down quickly so embarrassed.

"Wow seems you are not hungry", you are too full I can see, he teased. If you don't want to have lunch with me you could have humbly declined now your stomach has betrayed you. Anyways I hope you enjoy being my secretary because soon you will be more than my secretary, he smirked then left.

I thought of his words gently and couldn't understand a word. Okay maybe I need a break, I mumbled softly. I dropped the files and started packing for lunch.

The walk from my office to the cafeteria was quite easy with the help of the elevator. I sat down after ordering my food and started to go through my mails after hearing a notification.

"What.....!" I screamed loudly which made all eyes in the cafeteria on me. I wanted to cry, scream till my voice wasn't heard again, but I was at work. I left my food half touched, and ran towards the elevator ignoring the eyes and side talks of people.

*Few Minutes Later*

I really wished we hadn't dated, I mumbled crying slowly in the washroom. I hate the way Dylan had affected me and I wish I could go back in time to correct my mistakes but it was impossible.

"Natty", I heard Hayden's voice shout. Judging from the voice, he was worried and stressed out.

I stood quickly even though my legs were weak and numb and my eyes were swollen. I cleaned my dress immediately and added a touch of makeup to my face then I ran out of the washroom quickly to meet him.

" Where have you been", he asked with his eyes scanning my face.

I really wished he didn't find anything strange or else he would begin with his questions which are so annoying.

"Natty....," he said calmly.

I was still wondering how he knew my nickname but I didn't have time for that.

I was in the washroom, I throwed up so I went to clean up. I lied, praying he wouldn't sense anything wrong.

Hmm your face seems a bit swollen and your voice is not as bright as usual, your hair is also in a great mess,I hope you are okay, he asked worriedly.

I sure am, it's just the girls stuff, I said feeling disgusted within myself.

Okay I guess you should go home, so you can rest. I really think there is more to it but if you don't want to confide in me then you can go home, you need rest.

I turned and was about to leave till I felt his manly hands on my waist pulling me closer to him then he whispered into my ears.

"You shouldn't lie to me Natty", I think you are probably hurt that your boyfriend broke up with you and he chose you over someone else, he whispered which made me tremble in fear.

I don't have a boyfriend, I said releasing myself from his grip and ignoring his eyes.

"But you told me that night", he said with a smirk.
