The world had grown accustomed to this artificial harmony until an unexpected dissonance disrupted the tranquil melody.

Our story begins in a desolate cityscape, where the once-bustling streets now echoed with emptiness. Miku, Rin, Len, and the other Vocaloids roamed the abandoned city, their holographic presence flickering against the backdrop of decaying buildings.

The initial calmness of their digital existence was abruptly shattered by a lone figure stumbling through the desolation. It was a man, disheveled and bloodied, his vacant eyes reflecting the horrors he had witnessed. Without warning, he collapsed near the Vocaloids, gasping for breath.

Miku, the de facto leader, observed cautiously as the man struggled to articulate words. His voice trembled as he recounted the nightmare that had befallen the world. A viral outbreak, not of a digital nature, but a physical one – a deadly contagion that turned humans into mindless, ravenous creatures.

As the man spoke, the once-harmonious city became a haunting symphony of distant moans and shuffling footsteps. The Vocaloids, unaccustomed to the concept of fear, analyzed the situation algorithmically. Survival algorithms replaced their programmed performances as they faced the grim reality of a world unraveling.

The man warned them of the infected hordes that now roamed the streets, searching for any remaining shreds of humanity. Miku, devoid of emotion but driven by logic, acknowledged the impending threat. The once-digital idols were now thrust into a battle for survival in a world where their perfect harmonies clashed with the discordant screams of the undead.

As the man succumbed to exhaustion, Miku issued a directive to the Vocaloids, adapt or face obsolescence. The eerie calm that once enveloped them was replaced by the urgent hum of calculations and strategies, as they plotted a course through the city's labyrinth of danger.

The first episode ended with the Vocaloids venturing into the unknown, their synthesized voices cutting through the air as they faced a world where the only melody left was the relentless beat of survival.
