While the Three Realms faced the assault of the Huntmasters, in the Soul Smelting Burial Ground, Huan Yi's warriors rode ruby-colored barks, rowing the Burning Sea to collect the treasures floating on the surface. The Autarch himself sat on the deck of his Spiritual Ark, with Xinzhui on his right, and Lubugu who knelt at his left.
"The result?" Huan Yi asked as Lubugu's eyes opened--sweat dripping from the oracle's forehead as lines of blood trickled from her hands.
In preparation for the Soul-Smelting Burial Ground, Huan Yi tweaked Lubugu's Spiked Bone Oracle with his Powers of Hexes, Infinity and Karma, enabling her to detect sources of malicious intent, foresee the enemy's abilities and rank dangers masked by Transcendent Principles.
