Just when they were about to fly to meet this mysterious master, the latter decided to greet the two mysterious kids to show some courtesy.
Suddenly, the person appeared before Ling and Qiqi, bowing politely. "Greetings, traveler."
The person was a male, presumably already in his late age and shorter than a regular adult male, but the youthful vigor in his eyes was still burning bright. And was wearing a simple white cotton robe.
The two alerted, readied their stance in unison.
"Relax," said the old man. "I wish you no harm, especially cultivators from the higher plane who lifted the time-loop within this Second Floor."
Ling Zhao and Qiqi arched an eyebrow, he was the second person who was aware about the time-loop.
"Are you a demon, or a human?" Ling Zhao asked indifferently.
"A Dwarf to be precise… Name's is Gungnir, it's my honor to have acquaintance with both of you."
