Chapter 82 - Anger Fuelled Violence

Vicky used her anger to take out the guards. She didn't care about the bullets flying at her, some even pierced her flesh, but her anger made her feel nothing. She charged towards the soldiers, taking them out one at a time. She had never moved more swiftly. She did not feel any of the bullets on her body. All she felt was anger, and the anger fuelled her violence.

Vicky stood breathing heavily, as the last soldier fell to the ground. She did not bother looking at the bodies, she charged towards the hall. Anyone who stood in her way was taken down. She arrived at the door to the weapon. It was a large metal safe.

"What are you doing here? You're supposed to be creating a distraction. The guards will be here any minute," Connor said, staring at Vicky. He and Luna had already got the door open.

"There's no guards to worry about. Did you get the weapon?" Vicky asked.
