Roommate

"Here! The keys and the room number are on it. Do you want me to show you the room? " The desk lady asked, her name was Mary.

"No, thank you," I replied.

The room number was 405, on the 2nd floor. There were total four floors and I don't know how many rooms there were but there were a lot on each floor. This was not the only building for the girl's dorm, Mary told me there were 2 others, quite frankly Mary was quite talkative if it was for some other time I would have loved talking to her, but right now? No!

The corridors were empty as they all must be taking classes.

At last, I found the room, it was dark, from where I was standing I could see a bed, I did not even care to open the lights, I just laid down in bed.

I was on the verge of crying, but I controlled it. I don't want to look like a weak person. Remembering all the things which happened in the last couple of hours, I... I don't know. I don't what to do. I felt heartache. I had no idea when I was asleep.

"You should wake up or otherwise you will get late on your first day..." Someone was pushing me continuously.

I was about to say something when Eden came in front of me with chocolate pancakes with a strawberry topping, "Here, your breakfast..."
