Chapter 122: As if Nothing Had Happened

Lin Wan came to the treatment room alone, preparing the needles for acupuncture and other necessary items one by one.

Right on her heels, Zhang Hao arrived with a patient.

The patient lay on the treatment bed, exposing the painful area.

Zhang Hao first pressed on the painful spot with his hands, to which the patient cried out in pain.

"It seems to be a sprain. You probably don't need acupuncture. I'll massage it to ease the pain," he said.

The patient naturally did not object to Zhang Hao's method of treatment.

Lin Wan watched from the side; she had never personally seen how Zhang Hao treated patients.

Especially since traditional Chinese medicine was his forte.

"Mr. Zhang, your technique is so gentle," she remarked.

Upon hearing the nurse's comment, the patient quickly agreed, "It's better gentle. If the movements are too rough, it would be very painful."

Zhang Hao felt that what both of them were saying was normal, but also realized it could be easily misconstrued.
