If you want to ask why the FC stayed in 5 star hotel not in pokemon center because it was not necessary at all as Venusaur was not injured and she does not wants to share a room with others while doing adult stuffs.

As for money she got it from lotteries and some allowances from Dr.Oak which under the effect of 10000 increasement reached a terrifying value so she was practically the richest person in the world.

As for hunter J she is now under FC control, her personality has not changed its just she now has unwavering loyalty for our protagonist.
