Suspecting Everyone

Matthew had a big cup of iced tea in his hand while sitting in the dining room inside the kitchen.

Bridget was also there, right next to him holding her iced tea.

This morning, Hudson came to this new house with the iced tea for Matthew and his daughter because he heard the latter saying that they both liked it.

Silence was the only sound that could be heard inside the kitchen, Bridget was watching her dad making breakfast for all of them, while Matthew was just enjoying his tea and caressing his sleeping puppy.

Bridget had not even dared glance at Matthew since she woke up this morning, all because of what she had done yesterday night.

Or what she almost had done yesterday night.

It felt like she was in some type of daze as if everything and everyone around her just vanished,

and the only thing that was still there was the strange and strong desire that was pulling her to those pink shiny lips of Matthew.
