Chapter 2

Nadiya's POV

Our school is one of the school that trained the students the combat skills,not only combat skills but programming, strategic planning and medical learning.

Each country,has it's military school to fight this creatures,we called it as demons. It will rise every 30 days to eat our flesh because for them,our flesh is the most delicious one and have a lot of nutrients.

Well,in Brunei,we have three military school which is SOAS College, military school for boys,SMJA High School, military school for both genders and lastly,my school STPRI High School, military school for girls.

Our school is divided into two,Lower and Upper. Lower is for junior. They will be learnt all basic learning including all types of combat, programme, strategy and medical. Once they reach 2nd Form,they will had exams and decided which course they will choose. For upper,they will be divided into 4 courses;  Strategist,Combat, Programming and Medical.

Well, I'm in Combat courses,1st class and I'm in 4th Form. I have one more form to graduate and will became a soldier...like my father did.

After a hour of Ms.Ruza guns subject,we finally in Ms.Hima class.. which is my favourite subject... SPARRING CLASS!

"Okay girls...today i want you to follow me"

We followed Ms.Hima to certain place. Rabiatul, Syahirah and Nurin approaching me.

"I wondering where we going.." asked Syahirah to three of us.

"Dunno,but..why we going into the Strategist building.." I said.

"Hm..maybe we will had class together with them?" Nurin spoke as she reading her book while walking.

"Well,to be honest..i heard their learning is too hard than us...not forget to mention..they only learnt that relates with strategy.." Rabiatul said. I only heared what they're saying not really care about it...

Since,Majeedah is in Strategist courses. I once bother her when she's learning something,she didn't care though,she teaches me a little about it and it was pretty fun and simple. I'm really excited if we going to learnt with Strategist class because i can meet Majeedah,and also my former classmates when i was lower form,Diana and Pauline.

Yep,we do learnt with Strategist class.

"Okay, first..i will choose your partner.."

Thanks god,my partner is Majeedah.

"Ah..i thought Ms.Hima will choose me with someone I don't know.." Majeedah sighing softly.

I chuckled, "Same goes to me,but hey you do know Rabiatul and Adrianna. We were in the same class when we in 1st and 2nd form"

"I'm okay with Rabiatul though but.. Adrianna..I only talked to her like..ah..5 times?"Majeedah answered me.

I laughed so much that all the class looks at both of us.

"Sorry" I apologized.

"So, second task is you will be fighting. I will choose 2 partners to fight each other in...maze surrounding."

"Wait,miss...we the strategist will do what?" Asked Pauline.

"Nice question, Pauline. Well,the strategist will assist the escape plan in the maze." Explained Ms.Hima.

"Ah,miss I don't really understand..what do you mean the escape?" I asked.

"Okay,i explain it from beginning..the combatants will be put in the maze,to escape from the maze..the strategists will help the combatants." She explained it once again.

"Wait miss,what if the different teams accidentally meet?" Nurin asked curiously.

"Well, that's really a good question. The answer is either you fight each other,using hand to hand,or escape to different routes" Ms.Hima said.

Wow,this is why i liked her subject, it's the only chance we fight each other and this is only time,I can showes my fighting skills. Well,I learnt karate,silat and simple boxing.

"Okay first partners,Nadia and Nurin versus Diana and Azueen"Ms.Hima stated.

I know, I'm not the only Nadiya here,but hey! Her spelling is different okay?!

"Nad" Majeedah said that makes me startled.

"Yes? What is it?" I asked her.

She look nervous,"Do you really think we will won?"

I looks at her, slowly touching both her cheeks.

"Hey, you're awesome okay? We will win this"

She smiled and hugged me.

"Thanks"

"Your welcome,Maj"

"You better treat me chocolate after this" Majeedah said.

I laughed,"Yeah,later in break time"

After 10 partners fought, finally it's our turn. The one who will be fighting with us,is Pauline and Rabiatul.

"Fuck"

I looks at Majeedah, shock hearing what she's says,

"Wow,did I really hear that?"

We laughed and we went to our separated way.

After 5 minutes of setting up,we finally ready.

"Turn to first left side"

I followed what Majeedah says.

"Then?"

"Just go straight and went you saw 2nd right,turn into that side."

I nodded and do what i was told.

"By the way,if I meet Rabiatul,what should i do?"

"Fight her"

I smirked, "I like that" i totally can hear her soft chuckled.

After 10 minutes of turning right and left,I accidentally met Rabiatul.

"Hey there,Rab"

"Yo Nad" She smirked. I know what she's thinking.

"If you think so.."

Both of us in fighting stance.

"Ready?"

She nodded and i was first to punch her.

She dodge it and try to kick me,but i grabbed her leg and kick her back. She get up and try to punch me in the face,not gonna lie,she nearly punch my face but i quickly dodged her and used my knowledge in Silat to make her immobilised for a while.

"Wow, that's a great fight" I tied her body, before she could move.

"Yeah,i really can't beat you" she giving up,while smiled.

"Sorry though" I apologized.

She smiled and said it was okay. So,I went to final direction that Majeedah instructed at me.I finally went out from the maze.

"Team Majeedah and Nadiya won" Ms.Hima said.

I ran to Majeedah and give her a high five.

"We won!"

"Don't forget my chocolate" She smiled.

"I know,I know"

"Okay I will be giving your mark."

After a 3 minutes of rambling marks,we finally get to hear our marks.

"As expected from combatants ace,Nadiya you get 98/100 and Majeedah,you get 99/100 for clear strategic planning." Ms.Hima smiled.

We both hugged each other. We can hear school bell ringing, showing it was break time. Majeedah quickly grabbed my hand and nearly makes me tripped. Well,it can be help.

After a hours of learning, finally school hour is over. The students went back to their respective dorm but..not for me. Ms.Rina,called me. I wonder what it was.

"Nadiya" She coldly said my name.

"Y-yes?" Ah shit..i stuttered.. she's too scary..

"Tomorrow they're will be visitors come to our school and i want you to make a welcoming speech..Do You Understand?" She glare me..like a predator try to prey it food

"I-I understand,miss"

"You can go now"

I went outside of her office and sighing harshly...so scary..

"Rina called you huh?"

Someone says,ah it was Ms.Hal

"Yeah, she's like a scary mom"

"Once you get to know her, she's just an ordinary teacher,like our pension mom,Ms.Jay" Ms.Hal kindly stated.

"Yeah,I had to go now,my best friend is waiting for me" I waved to Ms.Hal.

I ran and met Majeedah outside the school's gate.

"I thought you going to sleep at this school"

"Haha, let's go"
