... Why is my life always like this? So I can't spend up to a month without crying?" It's like everything concerning me is just different. Not just because of what Madam Ruth said, But why on Earth would I leave everyone on this planet and fall in love with someone that's not security personnel but uses a gun? What if he's even an ex-convict? What do I stand to gain in such a relationship? What even if he gets arrested? Or if he commits any crime and runs out of the state, won't I will be arrested? Where will I start if such a thing happens?

I was still contemplating what I heard when I heard Madam Ruth screaming my name. I knew it was because of the food. I rushed out of my room and entered the kitchen as fast as I could and dished the food.

Thank God I set my phone in a way that it won't ring out rather it only vibrates. Dave called me thrice while we were eating. What could be the reason why he called more than twice? I couldn't just bring out the phone while dining with the whole family and start attending to Dave, that would attract more reactions from Madam Ruth. I was speechless until we finished the meal then I cleared the table.

"Hi, Dave what's up? Any problem? You called thrice unlike you. What's happening? "

Because I got confused, I enquired to know his reasons with a soft and low voice since Madam Ruth might take offense to anything concerning Dave.

"Wow! imagine the questions! I called to know whether you got home safely. You know we're like "Most Wanted" remember? Since we have some of his accomplices arrested, we need to be security conscious" He replied

I assured him that I reached home safe ended the call without much chitchatting

I joined the family in the sitting room. Everyone was excited as they were discussing the progress Madam Ruth had made in her business. Derrick congratulated his mother for expanding her supermarket. Jokingly, he requested that the mother should employ me and Jeff in the supermarket since we used to be less busy at home. He couldn't allow another person to say anything about his suggestion before he added that "If you'll employ them, you'll seize their phones"

Jeff couldn't just keep quiet and allow his younger brother to dictate his life for him in his father's compound he screamed ... "What for?"

Jimmy and his wife were comfortably waiting to hear from Derrick. I was also watching such an embarrassing episode. Why would Derrick imagine such a thing and even say it before the whole family?

Since Derrick noticed that he'd call attention to himself, he kept mute as if he knew nothing about the discussion. I guess the expression on Jeff's face alone was exactly what tensed him up.

We all were quietly waiting for what may ensue when uncle Jimmy's phone rang. That made us focus our attention on Jimmy

... Madam the Madam, How're you and your family?

... We're all okay. We just finished having our dinner

...She's fine. Everybody is fine

...Hope you're enjoying your new country?

..I told you that Ken is a good man. Do you see what you might've lost because of Sam?

As I heard the name Ken and also heard Sam, I already knew he was talking to Sandra. I couldn't wait to hear from her as well. Though we used to talk from time to time. At one point, the happiness written all over uncle Jimmy faded in a twinkle of an eye.

... You mean he's there?

... What exactly is he doing over there?

... What sort of vacation would that be? Well Sandra, now as we speak, Sam has been declared wanted by the police department. Tell your husband. And try to be safe

It... Not something to discuss on phone but it still has something to do with Jessy. Though Jessy is safe. She's here with us.

Uncle Jimmy gave me the phone so I'll talk to aunty Sandra. I just placed the phone on my ear and started hearing how she was sobbing

Hi aunty Sandra, good evening ma.

Good evening my baby. Hope no one harmed you?... She asked cryingly

I'm fine aunty nothing happened to me. Hope you're well as well...I asked her

I'm okay Jessy but Sam just arrived here not up to Three hours ago

I heard from Jimmy that he's been declared wanted. How did it happen, Jessy?

Aunty Sandra!! my dear, God saved me. It's a long story. Let's discuss this later. But try and be safe. He's a beast.

I'll be safe Jessy. By then...She said and hung up the call

The whole house became quiet again. What could be the reason why Sam ran to France and even into Ken's house? Does have any other evil agenda or just asylum? Will my aunt be safe? This is another problem.

Jimmy quietly got up from his sir and said

I'm off to bed, good night all...

He just left us all there. His wife followed him. Then the kids were left alone in the dining room.
