The flame in a Day.

Draven heaved an enormous sigh of relief once he came out of his classroom's floor and finally exited the building. Not once was he spotted by some school prefect who always gave a bad rating to the person's grade when it came to his morale like if they spotted that person who was late for a class, leaving on a class, running in the hallway, etc.

Draven, due to his extraordinary physique, managed to get out of the building alive unscathed, even if the camera spotted him and was reported by the school's guidance council.

He had his reasons, after all. The moment he sensed something different, with his fast hand movement. He managed to record everything that transpired previously.

"What are you doing?"

A cellphone vibrates static noises, and an audible voice comes out, which voice that resembles Draven. The latter was currently looking at his ancient, antique-like weapons, as it generated an image below the lowest quality.

"I forgot! My cell phone's quality image is worse than anyone else. How could this be enough to be a piece of evidence?" Draven felt a vast headache coming.

"Anyway, let's forget about it."

He surveyed his surroundings and was confident no one else left besides him. Everyone, even the teachers, employees, and guards, was on their post doing their job. They could not bother themselves with some undisciplined students either since most of them do not exist. Even Erick could not do anything similar to what Draven achieved.

"Since no one was left outside anymore. I should better find an open but secluded area to test my power."

Draven reaches out for his heart, and for some reason, Draven feels something, as the latter expresses an emotion which was no different from him.

However, Draven felt an emotion of anxiety and fear from the Ice Blue Flame, but the latter could not express it clearly, because it had no means of communication, so Draven decided not to think more about it. He would only find out later, so he had to focus his attention on finding the place where he should test his powers.

"That place is not far, but an open field and not many people walk to that area. That should be the location, then," muttered Draven to himself.

He faced a particular direction, which was not in the path of the gate, nor the building behind his back. However, it was in the area where a secluded park away from students was located.

Students of the Zeka high school rarely had the leisure to give time to relax in the open secluded park where the breeze could help their minds cool down.

The location earlier where Draven beat up Elliot and Erick was the location that could be walked alongside the path straight to the building. Hence, if they arrived early, they would spend their time the most on the peaceful surroundings covered with trees before the alarm of the start of the Flag ceremony came.

"Will I burn down the whole grass then if I test it on the ground?" chuckled Draven as he could not help but smack himself. "But still, there should be some trees I could find. Maybe I will take the branch out of its trunk and burn it with the Ice Blue Flame."

Draven looked above him and watched the sun continue shining its hot ray on the ground. Draven was reminded of something as he commented, "I should have a pure fire that could burn everything in rage, right? The frost could only be activated in the night."

Draven remembered the time he activated Ice Blue Flame power. It generated a flame, a pure flame that almost forgot Draven that it was chill and cold, not hot and corrosive. The reason why his body got disintegrated into a skeleton, which was supposed to be frozen and broken into pieces, was because it was their synchronization process, and the Ice Blue Flame's nature corrupted Draven.

It was because it wanted its owner to be a pure undead, but since Draven's body needed to be alive from the Goddess's warning. Ice Blue Flame decided to forget its nature and decided to let Draven be a person with a living body for a moment. However, due to its power, it would not guarantee that it would affect Draven's physical soul, which could potentially be corroded or frozen.

"Almost there."

Draven was greeted by the sight of an open field with untainted grounds and soil. Even the tiny worm spotted by Draven's gaze only added to the aesthetic beauty of nature. The grass, the leaves, and the crown of the trees getting swayed by a gentle, breezing wind coming from every direction.

They appeared to be alive, as they danced with the wind as if even the Goddess of the wind herself was dancing together with a beautiful scene portrayed by Draven's pupil. Draven could feel the gentle, cold, breezing wind hitting on his cheeks as he strolled over to the open field.

Draven did not let the chance to not take a deep breath, as the gentle wind, as though the Goddess of the wind, involuntarily entered his nostrils. Draven could not be more exhilarated than this, as if his body was being reinvigorated the moment he took deep respiration.

"This scene is simply too perfect. As though I entered a painting full of the imagination of the painter regarding his understanding of nature. Pure, untainted, and a paradise for all the people who desired to enter. It is akin to a Garden of Eden described by the biblical text. This area is absolutely too heaven!"

Draven exclaimed as he continued to stroll the open field while watching the sparse trees over the distance, on which the other side was the pathway of the center of the school to the main gate.

"Thankfully, students like to avoid this place because they did not want to waste much time. This place became untainted without their impure intentions and thoughts."

Draven continued feeling the grass as the intention of coming here slowly appeared in his mind.

"How could I burn this grass that was innocent as it welcomes me, even though I step over them? Will that makes me a devil?"

Draven continued thinking about it before shaking his head.

"I'm overthinking. This place will eventually be got wrecked if an unexpected happens. Similar to the area where the Dimensional Portal suddenly appeared. I should not let my mind affect my emotions so as to not let myself get advantage by an easy trick."

Draven's face became stern as he closed his eyes with his open palm facing the sky. He imaged an Ice Blue Flame appearing on his palm. The Ice Blue Flame received its owner's desires, and with a slight hesitation, it decided to give in and summoned its powers.

"Here it is!"

Draven felt something coming out of his palm; once he felt it was stable and he could finally control it not to disperse, he was disappointed by what he saw.

He saw a blue flame covering his palm, but it was weak and dim akin to a palm covered with alcohol, and was generated with a flame. Its intensity and appearance were similar to how the alcohol was portrayed.

The Ice Blue Flame felt the disappointment of its masters, and it could not help but feel discontented by itself. However, the Ice Blue Flame wanted to explain why it was only showing a weak flame when it sensed its owner's assurance.

"Don't worry. I know the reason why."

Powerstones, please! I hope by nextweek, i can finally get back to my regular schedule, two chaps per day!
