The Arrival

Her voice was slightly raised as it echoed to Draven's ear while she moved her body backward and stood upright. Her eyebrow arced upward as she noticed that Frank did not do what she ordered him to do.

Frank's eyes did not escape from his vision when he noticed Selena's questioning gaze. He did not hesitate to turn his back on them while he whistled in a leisurely manner, acting like he did not care what was happening on his back.

Selena turned her head and gazed at Draven, and the latter hurriedly nodded his head as if he was letting her know he was ready.

The milky white wall was still intact, and the people outside could still not see what was happening in the Dimensional Zone. They have different thoughts about it. Some thought that what happened inside might have been a battle between the boss and Frank Edison using their full strength, thus affecting the Dimensional Zone, which was clearly impossible. While some thoughts differ from it.

The General made countless possibilities, but none of them was supported with a logical reason, and thus could only helplessly shrug his shoulder. After all, who knows what really transpired in the Dimensional Zone?

All of a sudden, the general's attention was captured at his back. He immediately turned his body, and his head turned upward as his gaze landed on the helicopters hovering above them.

The helicopter was by no means normal, for he was certain that the helicopter traveled at a speed that could rival the speed of the Peerless Master earlier when he battled the milky worm outside.

Although, at that time, Frank did not use his soul power. The passive came from the Path of speed, which considerably increased his physical body in terms of acceleration. Hence, for the helicopter to travel at the speed of 700km/h was already impressive.

One after another exited the helicopters as they zipped the rope on their waist and land falls to the General's area.

The five people were covered with black suits and obsidian helmets as if they were a soldier in armor corps that was about to act as a meat shield on overtaking a certain area covered with hazard.

When their black boots finally touched the ground. One of them walked before the other four walked beside the first. The first person stopped before the General, before looking at him without a hint of respect, but rather acted like a noble that walked before a peasant.

"You are a General, right?" The person at the front spoke in a man's voice.

His vocal voice appeared to be in his mid-twenties, and it made the General feel impressed rather than feels vexed by the man's behavior toward him.

"It is indeed I, the General of the Army in Dreka city, the city district of the Zeka country," said the General.

He was respectful both in his tone and movements. There was not a slight disrespect, for it was always in the nature of the human to respect the strong, even the animals.

The man in front retorted what the General said with a casual tone. "Stop saying the Dreka city is a district city. As if you were implying that the city or maybe the whole country was under government control. Bear in mind that the Leo Family was the genuine clan that owned the Zeka Country."

The General only smiled in response and did not bother giving much thought to it. Although, it was authentic that the Leo Family owned the Zeka Country. If it was not because the Government kept the Country and its people in control, it would not be a surprise that the Zeka country would have been graded D.

Although, there was only a Major grade difference. The difference was so vast that it was distinguishable from the contrast between a C-grade city and the D-Grade city. One such example was the General, who controlled the army in the D-Grade city. If the C-grade city general was in the third stage. The D-grade city general would be in the second stage.

Once again, the difference between the second stage and the third stage of the Path Map was so vast akin to the second stage, which could only summon a small radius Fire pillar, to the third stage, which could call a meteorite that could destroy a city.

"Let's get right to the business," said the man when his eyebrow suddenly arcs upward. "But before that…" He pointed at the army forces belonging to the General. "Why are they on the ground? Snoring?"

The General was startled and immediately rotated his body, and was dumbfounded by the disappearance of his soldiers who was really lying on the ground and had peaceful expression on their face.

"What the actual fuck are they doing?" The General grumbled softly.

The man heard it, but the person beside him decided to explain.

"It appeared that the problem lies in having their eyes exposed to the radiant milky white wall. They must have been ignorant and became careless since the milky white wall did not touch them physically. That wall could actually affect the mind of the people who were not aware of it, and thus put them to sleep," explained the man.

"Is that harmful to them?" The soldier beside the General asked.

"No, they are only asleep. It appeared that the boss inside did not intend to havoc, but because of its minion that caused a hundred thousand casualties in the dimensional zone." The man in front assured them.

The General and his soldiers that were awake heaved a sigh of relief. The General gave his assistant a stare, and the assistant immediately carried on the mission given by that look.

"Explain what happened when you arrived to what was the reason behind that wall." The man in front ordered the General.

The General did not mind that he was treated like a cadet despite the prestigious position he had. After all, the man in front of him was a Peerless Stage awakener which was a Major stage ahead of him. Furthermore, the three more people beside him, and one of them was on his level, which only made his respect for them reach the peak.
