Unbreakable love: Only one I love

Alex had one goal in life to make enough money so she could give her mother a comfortable life. But her efforts always seemed less fruitful even with her adoptive father and step-sister by her side. "Am not crying, just got something in my eye " Alex sniffed. "Am sorry, here is something that might help" the stranger said passing his handkerchief. "Thank you," she said taking it. After wiping the falling tears she turned to look at the stranger. His long brown hair was moving with the breeze around him as his dark orbs stared down at her. He bent down took his hankie and gently wiped the still falling tears from her eyes, "you missed a spot" he smiled. She smiled remembering that night, it was the day she had met him. Nathan Livingston. The man who claimed to only have eyes for her and soon had proved it.

Thank you Again.

Cynthia moved back as she noticed the glare from her friend.

Mr. Livingstone had left to see his manager.

"See...if you had just apologized they would not have called the boss," she said.

"But you seemed to know him, isn't that good for our side?" Cynthia tried to smile.

"Shut up or leave you here, I don't really know him "

"But he seemed happy to see you again, what happened between you two?" she asked.

Alex frowned, "Really right now, instead of minding about my business why don't you worry about yourself "

"Okay, oh here he comes " Cynthia moved closer.

He walked up to them, and the officer walked to the cells and opened them.

"Mr. Livingston had dropped the charges, so you both are free to go," he said.

"Ah, really?" Alex turned to the stranger.

"I talked to my manager and since he wasn't that hurt, he agreed to drop the charges and as for the damage I think we can negotiate," he said. His manager was silently standing behind him.

Cynthia and her boyfriend walked out, "That's great, thank you, Mr. Livingston "

"Give your contact to my manager, he will contact you for the details," he said.

Cynthia passed her card to the manager who took it with a glare.

"Thank you again, Mr. Livingstone " Alex said.

His eyes moved to her and he smiled again.

Alex turned away noticing the shake on the manager's face. Not minding she grabbed her friend.

"We will get going now, thanks again," she said dragging them outside.

"Hi, slow down, what are you running from " Cynthia pulled them to a stop.

"I think it's that stone guy, I saw how he kept looking at her, " Cynthia's boyfriend said.

"Oh, you mean Mr. Livingstone. I noticed it too but Alex doesn't seem to care " Cynthia said.

"Can you both please shut it, first you cause trouble then hit a manager? And now you're taunting me " Alex exclaimed.

"How do you know that guy? Did you see how the officer listened to him? I think his someone important" said Cynthia

" I meet him last night outside the hotel and then when I was heading home. He gave me a ride " she said.

Cynthia gasped, "You let a stranger drive you home, what if he was a bad guy?"

"Well, that stranger just saved you from another night in prison and also your father's wrath " Alex pushed her head.

Cynthia laughed, "Your right, am sorry I made you worry "

"An apology won't fix this "

Cynthia hugged her, "I know but still sorry, I will make it up to you I promise," she said.

"Get off me, let's go get something to eat am starving, " Alex said.

"Didn't you have breakfast at home?"

"No, thanks to you I had to sleep in my apartment instead of the main house " Alex frowned touching her belly.

Livingstone and his manager walked out of the station noticing the three walk off to grab a taxi.

"Did you get the contact?" he asked.

"Yes, sir I did?" his manager answered.

"Help me get the contact of her friend," he said.

"Right away sir, but not to interfere in your matters sir, but who is she?"

Mr. Livingstone smiled, "why do you ask?".

His manager pointed at his smile, "Cause of that sir, you never do that with anyone. But you keep doing it while looking at her"

He chuckled, "That's why you need to get her contact," he said walking to his car.
