Ultimate Throne

In the grand tapestry of existence, mortality serves as a poignant reminder of the transience of life. Fish succumb to the whims of hunger, their fate a mere trifle in the grand scheme. Humans, on the other hand, surrender to the allure of wealth, a fleeting dream that vanishes like smoke on the wind. Yet, in this world, the currency of trust proves far more perilous. To entrust one’s fate to the wrong individual is to invite despair, to drown in a sea of regret. Trusting a devil will only leave one imprisoned by the chains of pain. When I say “devil,” I don’t mean it in a spiritual sense, but rather a human with the characteristics of a devil. A person capable of lying to himself until his mind believes it to be the truth. Someone who views the world with disdain and wouldn’t care if it disappeared in the next second. On the planet Ablauf, where the extraordinary has become mundane, abilities both grand and trivial are woven into the fabric of existence. like turning into an insect, to the all powerful like reversing time, mind control, and turning illusion into reality. Tito Roux Z, a broken soul from Earth with the ability to turn into flames, lands on this planet with no goals in mind. However, from the second day onward, when he heard about the “Ultimate Throne” granting the rights to be Sovereign of Ablauf from Encender Tohil, a fellow inmate at the time, other thoughts began to form in his dark mind.

Lightning Vs Fire

"You should have killed me earlier!"

Tito tried to ponder about Hein's words a little bit, but his ears quickly alerted him about something rushing at him at a super fast speed.

Bang—!

The rubble cracked creating a smoke that rose through the whole prison block, leaving the man of fire coughing like an asthma patient.

The smoke slowly cleared, and a shimmering light started to cover the end of the hallway.

"What the hell?" Tito muttered to himself, as he tried to get the picture of the silhouette carrying the now sleeping Vice Warden.

A skin red as blood with a bold rectangular shaped face and a little black facial hair; hollow black eyes that resemble the darkest part of the abyss; a ultra buff body that made him resemble a walking rhino.

"So you must be the so called Xenogenesis my dear Vice Warden has been complaining about lately." The man in the green uniform addressed as he threw Hein to the prison guards he came with.

Tito wasn't familiar with the body, but he was with the voice, "Warden Raiden, I never expected you to show up."

That was true, Tito didn't want to fight the Warden in his plan, but that now seemed inevitable. Little did he know that Hein called his boss the moment he touched his ear bud.

Ignoring the stunned inmate, Raiden looked at the two he had brought with him, "Take this fool out of hear, I will deal with this idiot before I take care of the Tohil."

"Yes sir!"

The correction officers didn't even try to deny the order as they knew that Tito Roux Z was toast.

Bang—!

Raiden cracked the ground, as he rushed to perform a basic jab at Tito's gut. The man of fire was able to hear the the attack coming, but his body wasn't fast enough to dodge.

"Aghh!" He wide opened his mouth, as the impact of the punch vibrated through out his whole body.

However, he felt something more than that. His whole body was being electrified that he almost passed out as he crushed against the wall.

Thud—!

Turning himself into fire he avoided little of the pain, which made the Warden show an evil smirk, "I should have killed you when you entered my prison. I knew you were trouble from first sight."

Tito patted his lips in jesting, as he became whole again, "You should have done that. You see, now you can't kill me."

Raiden furrowed his brows, with a little anger flashing in his black eyes. He had seen Tito fight before and he was sure that their abilities prolong their fight.

"Why don't you switch over to our sides. I am sure it will be beneficial to you Tito Roux Z."

"I will pass."

The reply was just as the Warden thought, no body wished to be corrections officer willingly. It was a job one had to be forced into due to financial circumstances. However, the Warden is the opposite of that.

Seeing that his lightning could defeat the man of flames, Raiden didn't waste time and charged at the inmate.

Zap—!

Like a ray of light he was in front of Tito aiming to punch him in the face, but the man of fire had already turned into flames which scattered like fireflies over the Warden.

Crack—!

Lightning from Raiden's body cracked the air as it missed its target. However, when he turned his body into lightning again he exploded.

Boom—!

Tito had left a small flame on the Raiden's back. Electricity plus fire equals explosion.

The Warden coughed up blood. He never thought that the inmate would be the one to injure him.

"Damn it!" His face contorted in rage, "Don't get too cocky about such a shallow attack. Have you know I have been under a lot of great things before."

Tito narrowed his eyes narrowing at the man in front of his golden eyes, 'He is a coward. That being said, it is still too early to look down on him.'

Massive Fire Spike…

He shoot a large needle that covered over one third of the hallway, aiming directly at Raiden's heart.

The Vice Warden knew that any means of contact with that attack while his ability is activated he would be as good as dead.

Even so, that didn't mean he was not going to use his ability. Raiden used his ability to accelerate himself to dodge the attack of the inmate by jumping side to side, and up to down.

Zap—!

He wasn't only planning to dodge as he lunched a flying kick at the dazed Tito sending him falling towards the rumble.

However, the man of fire had left him a little present that made him regret making the attack.

Boom—!

A flame the size of a dirt pebble took the Warden flying towards the walls of the hallway. He didn't suffer much physical damage, but he felt a little dizzy in his mind.

"STUPID FIREFLY!!" Raiden roared as he struggled to make his physical body.

Seeing the lightning sparks that were sprinkling everywhere like fireworks, Tito kept himself hidden behind a piece of rubble.

"Just what is up with this guy? I can't tell whether if all this is an act or not." Tito muttered to himself, as he watched the Warden struggle to turn into his physical form.

A few good minutes passed, and all the lightning sparks in the block calmed down, as they returned back to form Raiden's body.

In that instant, the Warden clenched his fist and tiny black arrows came from his right wrist band, charging at the man of fire.

Swish—!

Hearing the whistling sound coming at him, Tito felt his instincts screen at him.

Thack—!

Tito tried to dodge the attack by turning his body into fire, but he felt a stab in his right shoulder.

"Arghh!"

Tito couldn't help but groan in pain as he saw his own blood evaporating from the heat he was producing.

In the next second he materialized his body and shot a death glare at the Warden, "What the hell is that?!"
