Tyrant Hinata

(I actually haven't watched the anime or read the manga and all of my knowledge came from other fanfics. But still, I don't really like depending on them so at the very least, you can expect that I won't be sticking to canon, maybe only a little bit. But there are significant changes that a few character's personalities are completely different.) The soul of a young girl who didn't manage to live her life fully found herself in space that allowed for transmigration. She felt this was a chance for her to live again and happily took the chance. After transmigration, she found herself in her favorite anime in the body of the cutest stalker. However, upon arriving, she immediately noticed that this might not be the world she was familiar with. ______ Cover is not mine...

The next part of the test was the shuriken and kunai throwing part. What made Hinata speechless was that the ignorant civilians thought that this was the easiest part of the test. Well, to a certain extent, they were right... if they were born in the major clans that is. Even those who were born with shinobi relatives to train them earlier will find this test easy.

That is because compared to other shinobi arts, throwing a kunai or shuriken accurately really isn't hard. Sure there are proper techniques for the art but making 5 out of 10 hit the target is a very easy task.

That is if you have received training before this test. Civilians don't have that privilege because children or non-shinobi are not allowed to handle such weapons to avoid harming themselves and those around them.

It was even a given that someone stupid enough will hurt themselves in this test which was why they were given dull kunai and shuriken while also providing softer targets so that they can be pierced with ease.

This test took rather long compared to the previous one where everyone tried to complete the task as fast as possible. In this task, a lot of pretentious pricks took their own sweet ass time making themselves look cool by doing all sorts of poses while trying to aim only to miserably fail in the end. Many also broke down upon seeing that they couldn't score a point in the test they saw as the easiest and had to be dragged away.

Hinata had been bored very terribly and watching these little children throw tantrums just made her want to go home earlier. To keep herself interested, she developed a new hobby alongside Choji who happily joined her. Instead of purely watching clouds, they've now also started watching people... and judging them.

Needless to say, Shikamaru still thought that it was too much work so he still preferred cloud watching. The damn bastard was too lazy that even moving his eyes and head a little bit to check out people tired him out. If his mom wasn't so fierce with him, Hinata was sure that he will grow roots from staying in one spot for too long.

A few people judged later and laughed at by Hinata and Choji for their hilarious crying faces, the test finally ended, and with no surprise, it was only the clan heirs and a few from shinobi families passed, directly eliminating more than half of the participants.

As soon as the final candidates were determined, a yellow light flashed and what appeared in front of them was a man they were all too familiar with. Blond hair, blue eyes, Naruto look-a-like.

Minato faced the young upcoming academy students and smiled brightly. Everyone was naturally excited since they got to meet a living legend.

Minato, Fifth Hokage, a man feared throughout the whole Shinobi world. He alone managed to wipe out an army.

The clan heirs had at least enough training to force themselves to calm down but the others were not. They were so excited that they turned red in the face and started jumping in place.

Minato was amused by this sight and was even more interested when he saw Hinata and his two best friends calmly watching from the sidelines and even looking a bit... bored?

He would understand if it was the Nara boy but he was surprised to see that same kind of attitude appear on a Hyuga. The fat one doesn't seem to be interested in anything else other than anything that interests the Hyuga girl.

Anyways, that was not important right now since he was supposed to give the final test that would decide whether these candidates will become this year's Elites. And so, he said to the children, "It's good to see you again. As was announced by your instructor, I will be conducting your test for this final round and since that was the case, I can also choose what test it would be. Now, I'll have to warn you, my test is probably the hardest that new students had ever had to encounter so be ready to fail anytime. It is not a shame for you to fail but it would be a shame if you don't have the ability to accept failure."

"Now, my test is a... Genjutsu test. I will cast upon you the weakest Genjutsu technique I know but don't underestimate it just because it is the weakest technique. I'll have you know that to break through a Genjutsu, one must have a good enough chakra control. If not, they will have to rely on pure willpower to escape. This test will determine whether you have either of those qualities. Are you all ready?"

Everyone expressed their enthusiasm and readied themselves. For them, this test was of utmost importance and needs all of their concentration but not because it was difficult, but because it was conducted by the Hokage himself.

All of a sudden, everyone's expressions suddenly became blank except for Hinata. She only felt a force trying to move her chakra but she simply didn't allow it to. Thus, her chakra didn't budge and the Genjutsu failed.

Minato who cast the Genjutsu was surprised to feel that someone had immediately broken through his Genjutsu and looked over to Hinata. He glanced at her with interest but he still seemed to be more interested in something and soon averted his attention.

He then looked over towards Naruto and watched with worry. Hinata also looked over since she knew that there was a pretty good chance that Naruto will fail. She didn't feel anything wrong with his chakra so he probably wasn't the Jinchuriki, which made sense since Kushina is probably still alive. However, his massive Uzumaki chakra reserves was enough to fuck up his chakra control. At this moment in time, Naruto's weakness should be Genjutsu since he can easily be subdued no matter how strong his body is.

Hinata curiously watched since Minato should also know this. Why was he conducting a test he knew his son would probably fail. Hinata didn't bet that Naruto had enough willpower since he didn't suffer as much as the original did.

In the end, Naruto alongside the others who were lucky to pass the previous tests failed. Upon discovering that he belonged to the few who failed, he broke down and started crying about how can the future Hokage fail at this measly test.

Minato at this moment stepped up and stood in front of his son. He said, "Son, I specifically wanted to conduct this test for you. You've grown especially arrogant and you're mom wanted to teach you a lesson. We just wanted you to know that there will always be some who will be naturally more talented than you are and that there will be times that you will fail even if you are the Hokage's son. The Hokage position isn't a bloodline limit that can be passed down but something to be worked hard for.

If you still want to be the future Hokage, then seriously work harder and train to become the strongest. After that, make everyone acknowledge you by doing the right things. Only then can you become the Hokage."

He then looked at the clan heirs and the rest who were still there. He said, "That also goes to all of you. I want you to work harder and not let this little test get to yourselves and think that it already determined your future. No, compared to all upcoming challenges you will encounter on becoming fine shinobi, this is peanuts."

"Anyways, for those who are sad about failing this test, you still have a chance in entering the Elite classes. There is a new policy that allowed those with special talents and abilities to enter.  There might be someone who is very good at Taijutsu that he is already way above their peers but because they're weak in Ninjutsu, they were failed. We appreciate all kinds of talents so this will give them a chance to all become Elites. So if you think you have any kind of talent or skill, work hard in developing it and maybe you'll be accepted one day."

After saying so, he grabbed Naruto who had been in a dazed state for the whole time, and disappeared after a yellow flash.
